I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with this 'company'. Actually a series of companies all under the ownership of the same man who also owns Amelias Florist and Ellie Powers Flowers.
Odd in itself why do you need 3 almost identical flower 'shops' when you are only on line .
That's correct, not the local florist you mistakenly thought you were ordering from.
So my experience. I ordered a mega expensive set of freesias ,a very special gift as a surprise for someone just out of hospital. I specifically ordered them for next day as that is when they were needed. Not the day after but that day. That is why i ordered too quickly to catch the order for next day deadline and oh dear failed to check on here. I genuinely thought I was ordering from a local florist intown. OOOOOPS no.
Phone lines are not answered in the afternoon,, that is the time you are beginning to wonder where your flowers have got to. They don't answer the phone as it says on the message they are out delivering orders. Not unless they work for DPD they don't as that is who they use and they don't tell you that nor give you any tracking..or update either. Zilch just pretending there was nobody home when delivery was attempted. No it was Not.
Ended up having to message recipient to find out if it had arrived as no notification, no nothing.
Multiple emails back and forth with (hard of hearing )Margaret ( so don't phone me !) with me demanding a cancellation / refund as flowers not delivered on contracted date and not required after that date.
Bet nobody can find anywhere on the website where it tells you your locally sourced flowers (ha ha ha) are being sent by DPD oh and they may not arrive as contracted but hard cheese on that.
I have reported the company to Trading Standards as I believe they are not operating to any reasonable standard and are operating under several rather disceitful guises.
So there you have it. Will I get my refund.....hmmmmmmm
Margaret hasn't answered my last message where I officially requested a cancellation / refund response by 5pm today .. that time has now passed.

PS Flowers were delivered. Surprise totally ruined as had to ask 'surprise recipient' late on contracted delivery date if anything had arrived which they hadn't and then recipient had to let me know they were eventually delivered late in the day a day later. Photo sent to me shows the box they came in was pretty well trashed and the flowers of course have one day less to flower as they are a day late.

Would be zero stars if I could. Please DO NOT USE this company. Lied about the next day delivery, when the flowers arrived the were a budget bunch and the packaging and flowers were damaged. The response I got from Margaret was the next day service was on a ticking time clock despite my receipt and the actual flowers saying delivery next day. No refund or anything just silence since money taken. Scammers!!! Be aware!!!!

Well I wish I had come here first, what an absolute bunch of cowboys, never answer the phone or reply to emails, delivered 3 days late, flowers were nice

Bought flowers for next day delivery. I thought I was ordering from a local store. No flowers arrived so I sent an email. 'Margaret'responded in a weird invoice style email to say they don't count Sunday as a day. The flowers have arrived today, from amelias flowers not busy bees. Turns out a man called Mr heath fronts all these companies.

Ordered a large (£70 worth) bouquet to be delivered next day. Hadn’t heard from intended recipient so emailed busy bees 5 days after I placed the order. When I eventually got a reply I was told My ordered was delivered on the Saturday (2 days later than should have been) to the incorrect address.
‘Margaret’ said she gave the courier the incorrect address. I informed her that there would be little point in sending replacements as the recipients were moving house a few days later and I requested a refund.
Suffice to say I’m still waiting for a reply to email let alone any sign of my refund. The telephone is never answered so no good in calling. I will be taking this matter further.
Don’t waste your money ordering from this company.

Awful quality poor customer service. Purchased a 'Deluxe' bouquet for my wife for Valentines day. Without doubt the worst flowers I have ever seen. The roses were all bruised and the lillys had lost a lot of flower heads. Nothing like what I was supposed to receive. Customer service is poor basically did not want to know. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Margaret from busy bees is as rude as they come. They couldn't deliver my flowers the same day so I asked them politely to cancel. They then went ahead and delivered them the next day against my wishes. They will not refund me my money and want to pick up the flowers? Honestly this company is a joke. Surely they made a mistake and will bin the flowers anyway but are so arrogant they would rather go out of their way to cause stress. This company clearly needs my money more then I do. Avoid and avoid Margaret.

Will never order from them again! A double ended spray was ordered from Busy Bees florist Tonbridge for a family funeral. The floral tribute delivered was a single ended spray of flowers with the stems pushed into a chunk of oasis. This was just covered with cellophane. This was distressing for the family and not what we had ordered.
I sent a photos of the said spray, together with their onsite double ended spray, asking what could have happened e.g had the spray been dropped and damaged?
Having spent nearly 10 days trying to get any explanation, being told each time they were looking in to it, I have been finally informed "the manager and florist have looked at the photo and cannot see any problem"
I should have been more careful in my choice of florist!

Absolutely avoid. My bank are currently investigating for fraud. Ordered flowers at £29.99 2 payments have been taken no flowers I have rung endless times and emailed no answer. I thought I was quite savvy but totally conned by this fake company.

I wish I had double checked before placing the order - as others have said the order does not arrive nor so you receive replies to emails! I paid for same day delivery only to receive an email at 4.40pm saying there’s been an emergency so they won’t be delivered that day but would be dispatched from the HQ. Same email everyone else receives! Very poorly written:
Hello, I am so so sorry, I know you placed a same day order, and we value these completely. Sadly my florist has advised that they suffered a serious emergency, so we have dispatched the item from our HQ to arrive tomorrow . I do apologise to the highest level, we have exhausted all other options after a long quest this afternoon. Kind Regards Margaret ps we upgraded the flowers

I have requested a refund as they didn’t provide the service I paid for - I shall do a chargeback through my bank and also will be reporting this scam to trading standards.

I have knownAli for decades! She is so brilliant. Good quality, kindness, and efficient. I think certain staff have been poor and errant. Delivery is always difficult regardless of company.

Ordered a bouquet for my Wife's Birthday from our sons based on the Next Day delivery service offered and promoted by Busy Bees. To my surprise I received a mail (no call) at 16.38 on the day of delivery to be advised that due to shortages the flowers could not be delivered until the following day - a day late for the Birthday. Too late to source an alternative and have refused a credit, a lame apology received also. Really disappointed with customer service and will not use again.

Scam website. Paid for flowers that have never turned up and impossible to contact as the telephone number is always off. This is connected to many other scam operations such as Ellie powers flowers and Amelia’s florists whos phones are always off too. Emails sent with no reply. Useless.

What a disappointing purchase for my wife as she was very poorly I thought I would send some flowers they arrived on time but lasted 1 day I sent a picture to them to complain they said they would look into it then nothing so I have spent that money on dead roses I should have gone to the cemetery and picked them never gonna use again

Very disappointed as they did not deliver the flowers on the day specified, they did not contact me to inform me the flowers would not be delivered and they ignored my email when I requested to cancel my order and get a full refund when they failed to deliver the flowers on the date they were supposed to.

I would not recommend using this flower company.

I bought some flowers for my aging mother for Christmas (and these were not cheap!) and within three days they were all DEAD! Absolutely useless. Ripped off. Company House shows this is a very small business with very little profit. Hardly surprising when based on the quality of their products.

I’ve used this company twice and both times they failed to deliver on the day needed. Lame excuses about delivery attempts which were blatant lies as the receiver was home and instructions were given as to where to leave the flowers if out.

Flowers arrived squashed, damaged and delivered on a date different to what I had been told. Customer service is terrible. I tried on numerous occassions to sort this out via email but kept getting the same response - it's been refered to the manager. I got no resposne from a manager so called the main number only to be told the same thing. I asked for the managers name and contact details but was told this was irrelevant!
I am incredibly disapointed as the flowers I ordered where for a significant anniversry which I made clear at the time of ordering.
If i could give a zero star rating I would!
