Well done, got a crazy computer - order stuck in system - order sorted in double quick time.

Incorrect studio display sent with wrong model numbers and product descriptions online. Had to escalate but ultimately they have resolved it and it's now due for collection.

Have updated my review to be 4 stars because they have now arranged collection and offered a fair amount of goodwill, thank you.

Lacey has been instrumental in assisting us with the return of a Samsung Tablet. She provided us with clear instructions and kept us updated on the collection times and the courier. Moreover, she ensured that we had all the necessary returns documentation and the collection note.

What stood out even more was her politeness and the warmth of her personality, which truly shone through in her emails. It made the process much more pleasant.

Customer service staff dealt with damaged delivery promptly and efficiently. Replacement arrived very quickly and the return process was simple.

I spoke to Danielle and she was very helpful and polite, resolving my issue quickly. thanks!

I went in to buy a printer that was compatible with our star link WIFI. I was served by Chris he was very clued up on what I needed and what would be the best value for money. I called him today for some assistance with the registration of my new printer, he submitted it for me and followed up with an email to let me know he had completed it on my behalf. excellent service, thank you very much.

There was some confusion around delivery as I was not notified any part of my order was out for delivery but a quick call and 5 mins on the phone to Francesca, and everything was cleared up!
