Great product for the price. Minor faults are that when I looked online it seemed to be in stock with 2-3 day delivery. When I received no delivery emails I questioned it and was told I had to wai... Se mere

Great Customer Service *****
We found Burt's online whist hunting for a carpet we had been told from our usual supplier had been discontinued. Panicked and with 2 rooms still to finish, I contacted Burt's who was showing they had this carpet on the website. I spoke with a lovely man called Brandon, explained
we needed this particular carpet and he contacted the supplier directly, confirming it wasn't discontinued and ordered it for us. Honestly such a helpful guy a credit to the company. He kept us updated every step of the way with delivery too.
A fantastic company to deal with, great online prices. We will definitely use Burts for all our future projects.

I have been juggling ordering from a shop or online for months, some people said it was risky as you don’t know what you’re going to get. I did my research on Burts, and after receiving several samples, plus they answered all my questions quickly and were very helpful every time I contacted them, I decided I would take the plunge as their prices and quality appeared to be the best out there. I have received my carpets now and I am delighted to say they are top notch quality. The customer service from Phil was exceptional and I can’t praise this.company highly enough and have recommended this company to all my family and friends.

Thank you Helen! Your review is much appreciated.
Very good price on an Abingdon carpet
Very good price on an Abingdon carpet. I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for the carpet to arrive at Burts and another day for their delivery day.
In practice the carpet was delivered to me in 2 days, after placing order.
Brandon was very good to deal with and the in house driver was very helpful getting the carpet into the house.

Was a bit apprehensive as there was no way I could lift the carpet in myself. But the delivery driver was great brought it straight to my door .It would be nice if the offered a two man delivery service maybe I just didn't see that option. But overall great experience carpet was lovely speedy delivery and reasonably priced

Hi Les, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and offer some insight into the delivery. We do offer 2 man delivery but this is determined by us whether we use the 2 man service or if it would be manageable for a 1 man service. Perhaps we misjudged your order and we apologise for that, but we are super happy to hear the delivery driver was very helpful.
