Good customer service is best measured when things don’t go right! I ordered the wrong quantity of porcelain tiles - getting my number of tiles confused with m2. Just one phone call sorted this, even though they had been dispatched. I was advised the best way to resolve this was to place a new order and cancel the original. This worked perfectly, my correct order arrived quickly and my refund completed - whilst being kept informed by email. Thank you so much - would highly recommend and they have a great range of tiles in all price ranges.

We love Tile Mountain
The tiles we ordered were a reasonable price and arrived in good condition. The delivery date was kept to and the driver was helpful. We are pleased with the tiles because they are a true white, as described, not creamy or with a grey tone which helped us fit them well into our decor. The photos on the website accurately showed the colour and texture of the tiles. I would definitely order from Tile Mountain again.

Good customer service
I asked for the change of delivery address by email after I placed the order online at night. Surprisingly got a phone call early the next day morning re this. In addition to the quick response, the staff on the phone was very helpful and patient. Not to mention the fast delivery and good quality of tiles.

Did not arrive on time and did not get notification they would not be delivered on due date. Wasted a day waiting for delivery.

Ordered LVT for the bathroom and living room. Had to update my order due to my error and customer services was superb (Fahad delt with my request). The flooring was delivered promptly, easy to lay, fantastic quality and at a great price, will have no problems ordering again. Been a great experience and looks fantastic.
