Burts Online Ltd Anmeldelser

The website is user-friendly and I was able to find exactly what I wanted very quickly. Ordering was straightforward and confirmation was instant. I placed the order at the weekend and received it on Tuesday. My fitters came the following Tuesday and my new flooring looks great. Thank you Burts Online - two very happy customers.

Prompt dispatch of well packaged carpet remnant. Friendly, helpful courier who delivered inside the front door . Excellent quality carpet, easy to lay and looks great in the refurbished room. 3rd Burts purchase and will certainly buy again.

Excellent, swift service, from ordering samples to my chosen carpet, underlay and accessories arriving. Communication from the team at Burts was great throughout the process and I would certainly use Burts again.

Great!! No complaints.

Haven't got the carpet yet ordered on the 22nd of July now won't be here till the 10th of August at the earliest. Was told it would be here Monday so I removed the old carpets and underlay and the wife took a the day off work for the delivery fo nothing . Totally appalled by the whole experience. The carpet has finally arrived and has been fitted it looks great and seems to be of good quality so am increasing the stars accordingly.

Quick service , great remnant products for the price and my go to for flooring.

Quick delivery and great product and prices
Excellent customer service

Carpet delivered 1 day late. No communication to let me know why late delivery and again no communication of driver. Carpet just turned up. Driver said he had wrong number. I had told berts the correct number to use. The telephone number was passed to berts the day before delivery was started. I was told carpet was being delivered on the 7th. It arrived on 8th.

Burts is a top tier 1st class flooring company.

Delivery service ,price of vinyl floor and quality excellent.

Great value and great customer service. Really helpful with delivery changes. Positive experience

I have been searching for the pattern I wanted for long time and finally found it at Burts Online. It was not an expencive buy of YORK99 Vinyl Flooring for my kitchen. Delievery and service was swift and quick but I can not say that about the quality of the Vinyl.
You can easily rip it with your hands, my fitting guys were afraid to stand on it, to leave a mark or make a hole in it. They had to get plywood panels to protect the Vinyl, whilst fitting the kitchen units.
I will have to keep it now, but I will not reccomend it for the kitchen that specific style.

Price and delivery good.

Quick service. Lovely carpet at reasonable price. Trackable delivery with helpful driver.
