Ordered 28 November, delivery was supposed to be 5 working days. I’ve had no confirmation that my order has been dispatched and no response to my email. Judging by other reviews, I’m starting to think this company is a scam. Will have to report to trading standards.

Terrible terrible terrible.

Ordered £65 worth of goods at the end of November. Still waiting for them coming up to 3 weeks later. I was told on order that it will take up to 5 working days. This has gone way past that. Tried getting in touch with them to ask for an update and got an automated email sent to me a couple days later. And then again a week later. Awful company with awful service.

Do not order this is a scam site take money dont deliver the goods

Placed an order since 03/12/2025. Till now it hasn’t been delivered . I have reached out several time and no one gives a damn about it . Very very disappointing. Just get me my refund cus it’s not worth it anymore .

Absolutely shocking service from Bulk Buy Direct. I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within 5 days. That didn’t happen. Then I was told it was “with the delivery company.” That also turned out to be untrue.

Out of nowhere, they suddenly processed a refund — which they claimed would take 5 days. Well, I’m now on day 7 and still no refund, no update, no accountability, nothing.

The communication has been dreadful, the excuses endless, and the customer service non-existent.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LOT. Save yourself the stress and spend your money elsewhere.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Service and No Communication

I placed an order with BulkBuyDirect on 25th November and had been tracking it closely. The tracking first showed the order was on the way, then suddenly marked it as delivered — yet nothing was delivered, and I work from home all day. No knock on the door, no phone call, nothing.

I immediately contacted the company through WhatsApp, asking whether the order had gone to the billing or shipping address and whether the courier had taken a delivery photo. Despite multiple messages, I received no response at all. Shortly after, the order status suspiciously changed from delivered back to processing, which raised even more alarm bells.

I also tried calling their customer service number, but the line simply said no one was available. Absolutely no support, no clarification, and no accountability.

What makes this even worse is that the drinks were ordered specifically for my wedding, and because of the lack of delivery and zero communication, I had to make alternative arrangements at short notice — causing huge stress and inconvenience.

I previously trusted this company and believed in their products, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. No order, no communication, and no help. I am now having to chase my own money and answers.

I would strongly caution others before ordering, as the customer service has been non-existent.

Looked this up, there are no units here, sounds like it might be on an industrial estate, it's not even an office so it seems there is no storage for anything. Make me think this company is actually a SCAM outfit, fronting with an address that either doesn't exist or has no relation to this 'company. I WOULD STEER CLEAR of this company. I have sent an email cancelling an order and requesting a refund, I don't expect to get a response, it's interesting that it's their own internal email, so there is no proof of sending an email, deliberate? Ofc it is. Order #11370

I made an order and paid for the items, on the website it claims that delivery is 5 working days, which is acceptable. However on the expected day of delivery I received an email saying that they had attempted a delivery but there was nobody home. I was home at the time of the attempted delivery, I have a video doorbell, which I checked just in case, there was no evidence that any delivery had been attempted. I contacted the company as soon as I received the email about this so called attempt to deliver and since then have been sending emails backwards and forwards, it has been a few weeks since I made my initial order and 2 weeks trying to get them to deliver my order, each time the company blamed there delivery company. I have now requested a refund but this has been ignored, the customer service is dreadful, they only respond to queries in the early hours of the morning, not within normal working hours, it is a complete nightmare. I have given then ample opportunity to resolve the delivery issue, but now just want my money back, which seems to be another problem.

Utter rubbish. No replies to emails and 4 weeks later still no delivery. Had to get my money back via my bank. Why bother quoting 5 working day delivery when you have no capacity to fulfil orders?

Took 3 weeks to send items out and this was after me emailing them so many times. After I finally got my items I sent them an email saying I had finally received my items. I was told I would get a refund for the delivery as a good will gesture and had to point out that was what their policy states. The owner of the company replied saying sorry but ##### does not work here any more and has had to leave the country. He ask what could he do to stop me leaving a poor review. I ask what did he have in mind and after 5 weeks he has not replied. Very very poor service and they don't care how they treat their customers. I would advise you NOT to use this company.

Wrong item,They run out of stock and send you anything! And hope it goes unnoticed
I run Airbnb’s and my cleaners pick up the stock , I ordered 64 g duo Kit Kat received only 40 g ones which are cheaper didn’t notify me or refund any difference. Four weeks later I noticed when I popped to one of the locations at the wrong order was sent! I’ve emailed and been ignored regarding this issue.
A previous order they sent the wrong flavoured crisps no notification again. Luckily I picked this one up straight away and they did respond to this email and offered me just free delivery on my next order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and it is incorrect again

Beware, this website is a scam. They say they have product but they dont. And after making excuses they wont even pay my money back.

Made an order on the 31/10/25 (order 10676).
Had no update until 10/11/25 when Babette said "Due to the high volume of orders at this busy time of year, your delivery has been delayed."
This is October/November, not December when it will be busy with Xmas orders??
Unacceptable service, not impressed.

We ordered drinks from Bulk Buy for our wedding in June and needed them delivered on a specific date, as our venue could only accept deliveries on certain days. Before ordering, we confirmed with Richard, the Head of Customer Service, that this would be possible. He assured us it was fine and asked us to confirm the date by email, which we did.

Despite this, Bulk Buy attempted delivery twice in May — over a month early. After several emails to different addresses, Richard confirmed that the correct June delivery date had been noted. Unfortunately, the drinks were not delivered on that date, nor on our wedding day. Our coordinator had to make a last-minute supermarket trip to buy replacements.

We requested a refund, which Bulk Buy agreed to, but it took over a month and several chaser emails before it was processed.

Overall, we were very disappointed with Bulk Buy’s reliability and communication, and we wouldn’t use them again.

I placed an order last Wednesday 29th October. They claim they deliver within 7 days guaranteed. But then claim you can order and get delivery on Thursdays? Doesn’t make sense. Emailed and was told my order would not be guaranteed delivered on the following day (Thursday) but would be within the 7 days. It’s been 8 days, nothing. My event has come and gone and I no longer require these.
Emailed several times to cancel and asking for a refund. No response. Payment was taken instantly.
A sizeable order and I paid the delivery fee.
@BulkBuyDirect - I expect a resolution on this asap. My order number is 10622.
I will remove this review if you come back to me ASAP and refund the full amount.

EDIT ON 20/11 -
3 weeks later, finally received the INCORRECT items :) I asked them several times to cancel me original order as I no longer need it.
All they responded was a promise on the delivery fee refund, which I didn’t want and didn’t happen anyway! (They probably only responded because my bank contacted them re. a charge back). Let’s see if they will respond to my latest email.
Such an awful company. Save yourself the hassle and STAY AWAY.

I placed my order on the 27th of October and I received a confirmation of the order almost immediately.Since the 27th of October, I haven’t heard anything from them. Multiple emails have been sent to them, but no response .i have now been compelled to report the matter to Klarna. Please avoid this
business like a plague!

Update : I opened a case with Klarna against this company. Suddenly, they started contacting me via email asking me to house the case and deal with them directly. I have declined this request because the order will never be fulfilled ,and once the case is closed , my money will be gone! If you have been a victim, open a transaction dispute with your bank or payment provider against Bulkbuydirect. Do not close the case until you either receive your order or refund.

I placed a bulk order with Bulk Direct UK over a week ago and received immediate payment confirmation, but since then there has been absolutely no update, no dispatch notice, no tracking number, and no response to my emails. There is also no option on their website to cancel the order.

It has now been 8 days with no communication or progress, which is completely unacceptable. I have requested a refund and had to contact my bank to dispute the payment.

Very disappointing experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company until they improve their communication and customer service.

Lovely driver was so helpful and helped carry all the items up a flight of stairs to my front door as I’m currently off sick due to back pain. Very grateful and so friendly!

Great service and fast delivery by the driver
