Order placed 11/8/26 with expected delivery of 13/8/26. Nothing received by 11/9/26 despite at least 6 messages,emails, and phone calls with no response. Received a refund through chargeback on my credit card. I would never use them again, BEWARE!

Ordered and paid for my delivery of two boxes of wine one week ago and still no delivery, despite trying to contact them no communication or apology. Very poor.

No delivery. No reply to emails. The phone number has no answer. BE CAREFUL

Very disappointing service.
I ordered a protein powder, but I received the wrong flavour. I contacted customer service and was told it was simply a human error. They assured me they would resolve the issue by either sending the correct product or issuing a refund.
Since their last email on 3 June 2026, I have heard nothing. I have received neither a replacement nor a refund, despite several weeks of waiting.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend buying from them

Absolutely appalling service. We placed an order on 5th May 2026 for some tabasco. It hadn’t arrived within 10 days of placing the order so we got in touch and asked for a refund as we had to source the product elsewhere. We didn’t hear anything back for a few days and we were assured we would get a refund within 5-7 working days. We didn’t get the refund and I had to email them daily to get a refund. We have only just got a refund (15th June 2026) after constantly having to chase them and broken promises. Avoid this company.

Terrible communication. Delivered my water well after the 10days delivery window twice and didn’t notify me. I had to chase them up. Won’t be using them again

No contact, to go further put a company telephone out to the general public not email or WhatsApp which you never pick up or reply to. They're scammed not to be allowed to trade in the UK

Perfect, great price and delivery was within stated time. Happy with the whole experience and recommend to everyone.

Order #13998 I purchased some black bags on 09/05/2026 i paid £37.98 £7.99 of that was delivery charge. I have not received the black bags and had no communication regaridng the order. I have emailed with no reply and have messaged and called on their whats app number 07950 927339 with no response. The order was made over 10 days ago

While I was trying to check out I was having a lot of difficulties paying and while I was trying different cards I got an alert someone tried to take $300 out of one of my accounts, then I started getting calls from my bank asking if I am trying to add my card to an apple pay wallet!!!. I ended up having to cancel 3 cards! Clearly this site is just some trick site to con people into giving up their card details!

Absolutely unprofessional and a scam of a company I placed an order on the 02/05/2026 but despite several emails and phone calls to their WhatsApp number I have had 0 response so I would have to contact my bank and claim a charge back for the amount I paid. Do not use this company as you won't get your order.

Avoid at all costs. No goods received. No replies to emails. No replies on WhatsApp. I wouldn't rate this even a 1 star experience.

Still waiting for items over a month after ordering. Customer services poor. Not replying when asking for a refund. I’ve had to file a claim with the bank

This must be a scam company?!

I ordered a product on the 27th February 2026, with an estimated arrival time of 10 days. After two weeks and hearing nothing, I emailed the company on the first occasion. Following three more emails, I received a text message from someone claiming to be the owner of Bulkbuydirect, who told me my product had just ‘got them in today’ on the 26th March. Since that communication I’ve heard nothing else from the texter.

On the 13th April 2026, I eventually received a reply via email where upon I requested a full refund. The response was to confirm this would be forwarded to the ‘finance department’ and I should expect the funds in ‘approximately 5-7 days’.

We’re now two months on (26th April 2026), and I have still received neither my product, nor my refund, and communication has stopped completely.

I can only assume this is a scam company.

Scammers - don't buy anything from this lot.

Item not delivered after 6 weeks, AI generated emails in response to asking where the items were.

Refund not sent after 3 weeks.

I can not praise bulkbuydirect enough.They kept me informed about my order with regular updates, and went above and beyond for me to receive my order. A very excellent delivery service. Thank you very much.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Please do not buy from these crooks! They don’t send items in time, pretend that the items are delayed, they still don’t turn up. Refuse a refund. We had to go through our bank who have just confirmed the chargeback was successful
