I am very pleased with the price of the product and with the speed of the delivery the only complaint I do have is with the courier they must have thrown the parcels from one vehicle to another both of the boxes were broken open the driver apologise for the state of the boxes and said if there was anything missing I was to contact his company. Apart from that the product was very good 👍.

I have ordered a big pile of bricks on 26/05 then on the 16/06 i have called them to see why we are not receiving the order after so many weeks since we have ordered,as they said its going to take about 2-3 weeks. They said on the phone and also ,replied to my email eventually,saying that they don't have it in stock and if i can wait until new stock arrives in july. But to my utter surprise , received a new email on the 17/06 saying that actually they wont have it in stock until Oct ( so from May until October are how many months??????). That happened after we have rebooked our builders based on the emails received . The amount of stress, and money we have lost is beyond what we have ever encountered . Not sure how they got 5 stars reviews by now but i can assure you that this is not a company that you can work with. They don't fulfill their orders .I wouldn't take a chance to order from them if i were you . I just wish i had seen the negative reviews before ordering! They have ruined our plans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought Axiome polycarbonate from this company which was used to put a covering over our pergola. Very happy with our purchase and the product looks great. So if it rains a little on a warm day I can’t still sit outside and leave my swing seat uncovered without worrying or frantically running around trying to cover everything up. Delivery was as stated and the guy delivering it was very polite and took great care when bringing this very large piece into the house. Would definitely buy from build4less again.
