Worst Customer service and worst after sales service
Booking process was good and smooth, however customer care service is the worst. I am not able to get in touch with them even after following for 4 days on email and the chat service is also not available. Every time I try to contact on chat service the waiting time is always more than 30-40 minutes

Received wrong information on the phone
I called and inquired about how to book extra seats for fragile cabin baggage and got the wrong information that I had do do it after booking my ticket. Now I got stuck with a useless ticket I can't just return.

Horrible experience. Do not book through this platform.
My flight was cancelled at the last minute and there was no option provided to reschedule. Because of this, I was forced to buy a much more expensive flight from a different airline.
It has now been 5 days and my refund has still not been processed. Their customer support is terrible — you only receive automated, meaningless responses to emails and there is no proper assistance from a real person.
The whole process is extremely frustrating and they will test your patience with their lack of support.
This has been my worst experience with a travel agent. If it were possible, I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star.

Stealers ,disgusting, dishonest, liars, horrible and terrible company. The worst you can’t deal with. Stay AWAY from those disgusting stealers.
Every company reimburse the people when the war in Iran begin and I can’t leave Dubai. Budget air refused to reimburse me and all my friends with différents sites as been reimburse. When I phone them they said they I received an email later that they won’t and they keep changing my flight without my knowledge and not knowing if I can make it. Ever ever again. They are a bunch of stealers. If something happened then you will loose everything. The aviation rules are if the airline cancel we should have full reimbursement. They don’t care. They don’t answer their email either. That is crap disgusting and stealers.
Too long ticket delivery
A time delay of 96 hours after payment,to send the ticket is absurd,and this delay is not acceptable at all,whereas others are sending the ticket within few seconds.I still haven't got my ticket and have to apply for visa.
Untrained customer service
Customer service could you help to stream line baggage. Baggage information for the whole trip is not visible clearly before making payment. I will not buy tickets from this website again.

Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor. I want to change the flight immediately on booking. Tried for change on very next minute. But the option moved for transfer to agent . Agent connected me after 3.5 hrs and in mean time , E ticket released . And agent told me that , the change or cancellation will fetch a charge of Rs 4500/ 6500 . Faced a very poor service

Very disappointed with this company
My flight got canceled with due to airport shut down, tryed contact this company through email no response, In chat, i waited more then 6 hours on line no response, no phone nomber to contect. Never will recommend to other. was very disappointed with this company, dont even deserve one star. Might have to get consult with lawyer.
When the ticket rates were low
When the ticket rates were low, I filled booking form online and went for payment - but even after trying 4 to 5 times, the payment was rejected. I restarted the booking process and found rates had gone up by nearly INR 1000/- for 2 tickets. I still again filled the booking form with increased rates. But again after trying 4 times, payment did not go through. I closed the booking site and tried after 30+ minutes. Again rates went up by another INR 1500/- for 2 tickets. This time payment went through on 2nd attempt. I did not like this mode since I wasted nearly 2 hours+ for booking and paying successfully. This does not augur well for a reputed company like yours. Please rectify these shortcomings henceforth.
Exorbitant charges
In less than an hour of booking on 23-02-2026, had requested for date modification of my return journey, I have been asked to pay Rs. 10606.00 which showed it may be budget pricing but when it comes to penalty we will genuinely penalize you.
