Any call-out changes were easy to implement. Device is easy to wear and operate. Most importantly, it does constrain you to the house. It works anywhere, with a mobile signal, and provides that peace of mind.

I purchased a Buddi on recommendation after having a couple of falls. I am elderly & live alone & my family wanted to ensure my safety should I need urgent help. Buddi provides this security. There were a few pitfalls initially, which were soon remedied, and I have been happily wearing mine for about eighteen months. Buddi operators are always on hand should the need arise, & their response is immediate which gives me peace of mind!

I like the buddi as it is nice and small. I wonder how long the strap will last with continous wear. Very comfortable to wear. Am a bit reluctant to wear in the shower yet. Quite easy to set up with 3 heads. Ha ha! Mine is linked to 3 daughters who now feel happier about me living alone. Accidentally set it off a few times. At least we know it works. Great battery life too. Highly recommend.

The device arrived promptly. I installed the app and everything worked. I found it very sensitive, sending around 6 to 10 alerts daily, which was going to produce fatigue in my contacts - problem. It alerted once, when I put my key in my door lock (!). Yet it didn't alert when I had a fall. Then it stopped working. You sent a replacement promptly. I had to move sensitivity down to low, in order to reduce the number of daily alerts. That worked. I hope it will detect a real fall, if I have one.
So, altogether, there are some very good features, and you dealt with my problems very well, but my experience is a little marred by its oversensitivity plus one missed fall.
Helpful and thorough. Exceptional customer service.
The office talked me through every option for changing the wristband which had worn out.

The person who spoke to me, Shannon, was very pleasant. She rang me back and talked me through , on the iPhone, and going into settings the problem was solved.

The Buddi I purchased was for my sister she has parkinsons and has several falls she is so stubborn and independent it has put my mind at rest she can let me know where ever she is if she needs help. I don't think my mind would be at rest without it.

This Dribuddi is a rip off priced at £79.00 on the JML website as I bought exactly the same one from Home Bargains at £34.99 excluding delivery. Mine works really well and is economical to run.

Bought this for my terminally ill mum and it gives great peace of mind that if anything happens they can just reach and press buddi. So easy to use. Charge lasts so long, weeks at a time.

It wasn’t desperately easy to set up, particularly linking contacts to the system. We are a very ‘techie’ family - less able people would probably struggle.
I turned the sensitivity down to minimum but it still alerts if I clap my hands or catch the band - it is, however, very easy to cancel.
However, what a fantastic bit of kit. It has given me the freedom to go out alone following a severe vertigo attack - I was completely immobile and certainly not able to use my phone to call for help. I have no way of knowing when or if this might recur so being alone leaves me quite vulnerable.
It just looks like a ‘fit bit’ and doesn’t draw attention or shout ‘disability’.

This watch was fine but unfortunately not for me had to return as far too sensitive, bleeped every time I bent over, or bent down to put socks on , when taken off at night the the act of putting down, it bleeped, sorry.

Not very easy to use. The bracelet is good but it was too sensitive to start with.
Sadly I would not buy again.
