First time use of this product, I don’t doubt it’s a quality item main reason why I chose it. But it didn’t have any significant effect for me and this was the 40%. I even doubled the dosage but still no noticeable effect apart from slight pain relief maybe. Sorry I can’t be more positive. I’m

✳️ Number of milligrams (mg) of CBD taken at each serving
You are a very strong, big, mature guy and thus getting the right number of milliliters of broad-spectrum CBD oil and thus milligrams of CBD is critical and this also matters / changes over a period of time i.e. the first 4 weeks of supplementation so considering:
➢ Weight (that takes in to consideration muscle & fat)
➢ Age
➢ Body condition (what your body has been put through)
➢ Other external issues you are managing (work, family, stress, etc).
Is really important and we hope that the support and help we have provided so far has helped in some small way.

Serious knee pain
Hi after struggling with pain following from a knee op which didn't work and being told my knee is not going to get better i purchased the cbd oil from bud and tender to try and take some pain and inflammation away, which i originally thought wasn't working so after a phone call today from Charles one of the directors it turns out i am taking it at the wrong times and wrong amount, so he is very kindly sending me a sample of the higher strength to try and get my pain under control, i would just like to thank him for his help and support and fingers crossed it works.

I know that Charles reached you on Friday evening however the line was very bad and we’re really happy that on the Saturday, Charles was able to reach you and chat through, share as much information he could to help you and we’re here to continue that help & support ongoing for as long as it takes to help you reach a more comfortable position.
🌱 As promised a 40% strength sample is on its way to you.
We’re in awe of your strength 💪 we know what it is like to be in chronic pain.
Working in a job where you’re standing for around 9 hours a day, 4 days a week, whilst you have a highly painful and inflamed knee + exercising (and doing all the usual home/living stuff) shows the utmost determination and grit and we are here to help you channel that determination in focusing and managing a recovery program that amongst other things, prioritises giving the knee a rest for 20-30 mins every 2-3hrs.
✳️ You are currently supplementing once a day with our 10% strength CBD oil whereby a 0.25ml serving size of CBD oil (1st black line on the glass dropper) equates to 25mg of CBD - this is not enough for the deficiency level of where your body’s endocannabinoid tone is at.
Based on the experience of our community and customers, initial supplementation of 100mg CBD, twice a day as part of a detailed and focused recovery & management plan along with your other suggestions and a structured time table (at work and home for knee rest) plus several other key steps that were discussed will really help and support you and we are looking forward to speaking and seeing you soon, as you work through this - it takes time, but we’re with you every step of the way.
You’ve absolutely smashed the administration of the CBD oil - placing and holding the CBD oil under your tongue for at least 5 minutes so that it soaks in to the soft tissues under your tongue so really well done for that.

As you supplement with our 10% strength broad-spectrum CBD oil 🌱 there are two key factors to consider...
1) Serving size
&
2) Frequency
Depending on how deficient your body’s endocannabinoid tone is, will effect how many milligrams (mg) of CBD - as well as other minor cannabinoids 👌 – you take and the number of times a day.
✳️ So, for example...
If this is the first time you are supplementing with Bud & Tender CBD oil, ✳️ your body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) might need a bit of a jump-start ✳️ to kick it into gear – this is called 'pre-loading'.
1) You could take 0.5 millilitres (ml) (2nd little black line on the glass pipette) which = 50 milligrams (mg) of CBD + other minor cannabinoids, terpenoids and flavonoids, to begin with on the 1st day.
2) Then on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th day make this twice a day dropping to a single serving on the 5th day then switching to 3x times a day on the 6th day and then reverting to a single serving on the 7th day keeping a diary of when and how much you took to monitor how your body’s endocannabinoid tone adjusts 🙂
3) Repeat this cycle for a 2nd week knowing that the objective is to reach a supplementation use of ✳️ ‘only when the body needs supplementation’ ✳️ i.e., only supplement with CBD oil - plant cannabinoids - when your body needs them (and this helps to manage the cost as well as your health 🙂).

Asked for advice initially and someone…
Asked for advice initially and someone called back the same day with all the advice I needed and questions answered. I explained that this was to help my 95 yr. Old grandmother with her arthritic pains. A free sample was provided to make sure she would benefit from it first. Not only does it really help her, and she's not the type of lady to say it helps, if it doesn't. We have ordered several times now. I believe this to be a pure and solid product so far with exemplary customer service. NB: As was explained to me, every person and persons needs are different and whilst some may benefit greatly from CBD, others may not. I would recommend using Bud and Tender if you want to see if this will help you too.
