✳️ As you are starting off and supplementing with our 10% strength broad-spectrum CBD oil there are two key factors to consider:
- Serving size
- Frequency
Depending on how deficient your body’s endocannabinoid tone is, will affect how many milligrams of CBD - as well as other minor cannabinoids – you take and the number of times a day.
So, for example,
If this is the first time you are supplementing with CBD oil, your body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) might need a bit of a jump-start to kick it into gear – this is called 'pre-loading'.
1) You could take 0.5 millilitres (2nd little black line on the glass pipette) which = 50 milligrams of CBD + other minor cannabinoids, terpenoids and flavonoids, to begin with on the first day.
2) Then on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th day make this twice a day dropping to a single serving on the 5th day then switching to 3x times a day on the 6th day and then reverting to a single serving on the 7th day keeping a diary of when and how much you took to monitor how your body’s endocannabinoid tone adjusts.
3) Repeat this cycle for a 2nd week knowing that the objective is to reach a supplementation use of ‘only when the body needs supplementation’ i.e., only supplement with CBD oil - plant cannabinoids - when your body needs them (and this helps to manage that cost as well as your health 🙂).

Good but expensive
The product is expensive but the taste is nicer than some others I have tasted so far, it has a very fresh hoppy taste. One thing that would put me off ordering again is the price it's very expensive for what it is and there are much cheaper alternatives out there of similar strengths and qualities

Amazing for anxiety
I have very severe anxiety with physical symptoms including feeling hot and sweaty, vomiting, feeling dizzy. And then extreme exhaustion after all of the energy I use up being so anxious! It is very exhausting when my body constantly overreacts to things other people would find a bit worrying and goes into full fight or flight mode as if I was being chased by a lion when actually I just have to get myself to work on time!!
I read that CBD oil can help people with the symptoms of anxiety so decided to give it a try, I tried several different companies and it didn’t really seem to do anything but one day a Facebook advert for Bud & Tender popped up and the reviews were good so I decided to order and try it. I am so glad I did because it really helps relieve my symptoms - I use it both when I think something might cause me anxiety as a preventative measure and also when I am in the middle of an anxiety attack and it always calms me right down. Some friends think it’s just psychological that it helps me but whatever the reason is I could not be without it now - I have been ordering for a while now. Delivery is always prompt, packaging is nice to look at and sturdy enough to protect the product in transit. Whenever I have needed help and sent emails to the company the response is alway prompt and the information thorough. They also offer a discount for return customers which is very much appreciated. I would recommend Bud and Tender to anyone who is thinking of trying CBD products. They definitely get 5 stars***** and 10/10 from me.

Sublingual (under the tongue) absorption/supplementation
We agree with you that nine minutes is a long period of time and generally the CBD oil has soaked in to the soft mucus tissues under the tongue but this is all about making sure that you get the maximum benefit from the plant cannabinoids i.e. maximising the effectiveness of the premium, broad-spectrum CBD oil as it soaks directly into the bloodstream rather than being taken down in to the stomach which will reduce the onset time significantly depending on the amount of milligrams of CBD, plant cannabinoids that have been consumed.

I had very bad experience with my…item arriving
I had very bad experience with my delivery as the post office had trouble delivering my item as it had my road on it with no house number and it was sent back on a number of occasions. This made my item along delay getting to my home address and made me having to email and call up the post office who explained it was the sender fault so your office had to be called as well as to be emailed. After this long process I only just received the item this morning.

Hi Adam 👋, the good news is, as your order was sent ‘tracked’ we can see that Royal Mail did attempt to deliver your order on Saturday 10th December however Royal Mail reports ‘address inaccessible’ which I’m sure you’ll know could be for a variety of reasons but this meant Royal Mail holding your order until they received confirmation from your good self as to whether you would like to collect your order from the stated Royal Mail sorting office or have it redelivered.
Many thanks for confirming to Royal Mail on Monday 12th December that you would like your order redelivered 🙂
As we are now circa 48hrs on from your redelivery request to Royal Mail, we agree with you that it is very frustrating that you are waiting for Royal Mail to deliver your order.
We are really, really sorry for this situation 🙂
✳️ As you’ve known Bud & Tender for a while now (a BIG thank you from the Bud & Tender team here for being a multiple-returning customer) there is hopefully a good track record whereby you know past orders have been delivered without a ‘bump in the road’ like this.
...but...the really sad thing is…
…the men and women who work on the front line – we know several and several are Bud & Tender customers - delivering our mail really just want to do their job and it’s ‘the people at the top’ of Royal Mail causing the strikes that then cause unnecessary additional work / backlogs and delays . We know several who are very upset, they miss out on pay, get shouted at by members of the public (it’s not their fault) and then go back in to work to face large backlogs.
It is a very sad state of affairs regarding Royal Mail and everybody at Bud & Tender tries so hard to serve and support you – our lovely customers – and we know all the ‘posties’ genuinely just want to do their job and have a really good track record of getting mail (and our orders) safely to our customers no matter the location or the weather.
✳️ Our priority however is you Adam and we will not stop until Royal Mail deliver your order 🙂
Adam, thank you so much indeed for all your patience and understanding, we will not stop until you get your hands on your order!

The men and women on the frontline at Royal Mail (RM) are having a bit of a nightmare; several are Bud & Tender customers and the RM guys & girls that we know just want to get on with their jobs, don’t want to be forced out of work on a strike and don’t want to have to pick up the pieces from the chaos of operations being constantly halted with a large backlog building up.
✳️ We are really, really sorry for the delay Chris and thank you so much for your understanding and this means even more to us, as we know that you’ve known/known about Bud & Tender for a long time 🙂
