Proceed with caution. I ordered balloons for my children’s birthdays. On the first occasion we were disappointed as the personalisations we had asked for did not materialise despite many emails. The helium stars only stayed inflated for two days even though we had followed instructions. Giving the company a second chance we ordered for another child, The boxes arrived battered with one balloon completely deflated and another large one very limp. We ordered the day before the birthday and as soon as we took delivery we reported the problem by the phone. No help offered over the phone and customer services has an out of office from 3pm. Not until midday the following day did I get a response offering a replacement for just one of the balloons or half the cost as a refund. Too late for a replacement and only received a fraction of the balloon bunch’s total cost. I wouldn’t recommend as I had two birthdays ruined.

I’m beyond disappointed. I ordered custom balloons for my daughter’s 12th birthday, including her name—something really special for her big day. When I opened it (after she went to sleep), there was only one balloon with the number "2". That’s it.

Her birthday is tomorrow, and the surprise is completely ruined. How can a company mess up such a simple yet meaningful order? Where is the quality control? This is not just a mistake—it’s a total failure that impacted a child’s birthday.

It’s my second time using bubblegum balloons and not only are there arrangements incredible but their customer service is fantastic. I somehow managed to book balloons for the wrong delivery date - I realized only the afternoon before they were meant to be delivered and within 5 mins of phoning them, they had arranged for the balloons to still come the next day! Will 100% use them time and time again!

Amazing! - I ordered some balloons for my daughter - who turned 26! - She cried when she saw the balloons. I had ordered the 7 hearts with a helium balloon with an image of her face on it and the number balloons that had balloon flowers on them. It looked exactly like the image and I couldn't be happier. I paid extra for the delivery which was my choice as I wanted them in the morning and they arrived about 8:30am. Would definitely use again!

Very disappointed. I regularly order helium balloons for my 3 grandchildren for their birthdays. When we received my granddaughter's balloon this week it was already deflated. Contacted company who sent another which arrived today. By the end of the day was already deflating. What a waste if money, worst helium balloon I've received. Won't be using Bubblegum balloons again.
I have since received a refund promptly.

I always order personalised birthday balloons for my children. They are beautifully made and with quick delivery and good packaging they arrive in perfect condition everytime. Yes they aren’t cheap but they last a long time. A great company.. very satisfied
