We checked your shipment again. Your order #BMUSUSFMMM261027102231385, placed on October 27, 2026, is currently in transit with UniUni under tracking number UUS6AT4440135429376.
The latest tracking update shows that the package was in Chicago, IL on October 31 and is currently in transit to the UniUni delivery facility.

Great Customer Service with minor return and refund issues
The purchasing process was simple and clear. Th products arrived at my place without any issues. Unfortunately, when I tried them on, I noticed the size, color and fit wasn't to my liking or expectations. This is not a fault of Brunomarc. I applied to return and get a refund. 2 issues I encountered:
1. I had to pay for the return of the product when many other vendors include a free shipping label for returns.
2. I had to inquire about my refund before the refund was activated. This should have been automated.
Even with these 2 issues, I found customer service to be prompt and helpful. Hence 4 stars.

Received a pair of boots from Bruno Marc that didn't end up fitting just right and they were very helpful in guiding me through the return process, even offering me a coupon on my next order. The boots seemed very nice despite the fit and I will definitely be reordering the right size.

Ordering quality footwear from BrunoMarc is efficient and easy.
This time I ordered Dark Brown Brogues, and let me tell you, they are beautiful.
I originally ordered these shoes for casual wear. I was surprised to learn that they can do double duty as a dress shoe.
Of course, as with any Bruno Marc shoe, they are like walking on clouds. Very comfortable right out of the box. More comfortable than higher priced shoes.
Do not hesitate to order from this company. Their products are well worth the price.
