I was pleased with the customer service. The person who I dealt with was honest and told me all about the ring, the colour of the sapphire and how it was mounted. To be honest I was a little wary about buying a fairly expensive ring on the internet but I needn't have worried as it was boxed really well and sent to me Special Delivery with the assurance if I wasn't happy, I could return it for a refund. I was thrilled when I opened the beautifully wrapped ring. It was everything I had hoped for and more. I would not hesitate in recommending Browns for their service and workmanship.

I bought a beautiful rainbow sapphire ring which unfortunately didn’t fit. And I left it too late to return, due to a variety of reasons. Maya kindly offered to exchange it and I chose a ring to fit round a halo ring.
Well, it just didn’t suit my ring.
In the end up, I bought a stunning pair of aquamarine and diamond earrings.
My main reason for writing this review is really to highlight the amazing customer service I received from Maya.
She did her absolute best to help me find something suitable but I really want to say what a lovely, kindhearted, genuine person she is.
She really cares about her customers and went the extra mile to help me.
Buying jewellery online is obviously a bit of a risk take, but you can absolutely buy with complete confidence from this company.
