From the start to the moment I received my order everything was great. Friendly customer service, always willing to answer 100s of my questions in a polite manner. Order received on time, got a 10% discount too so I was pleased with the price. It is smaller though, or looks more dainty than in a photo but I am still happy with my purchase. Thank you

Fantastic Customer Service
I cannot recommend Browns Family Jewellers enough. I unfortunately had to return my order which Royal Mail took their sweet time getting back to Browns. The communication from Razia was exceptional, she kept me up to date and let me know as soon as the package arrived and I was refunded immediately.

Lab Diamond Ring
Just purchased the Emerald Cut Lab diamond ring from this Wonderfull jewellers! It's an absolutely stunning ring! It had to go up a few sizes which they did the same day and posted out the same day. Thats exellent service in my book. The ring was a treat for myself, yes men can wear diamond rings it is 2026 after all. The resizing is flawless and the band is thick and solid, the stone settings are of good quality also. Overall, this is a really solid good quality piece of jewellery and I am absolutely delighted with it. I'll certainly return to this jewellers again albeit online. Lastly, the ring was posted Royal Mail Special delivery and arrived before 10:30. Thank you all so much! Ieuan. :)

My Wedding Ring
My wedding ring was perfect, it looked just like the pictures and fitted around my engagement ring like it was made for it!
On top of that, the ring was dispatched and delivered very quickly!

Fabulous experience
Fabulous experience! We bought a beautiful eternity ring at the airport in Johannesburg. Nikki made this purchase very special for us both which we had not expected. Everyone was kind, helpful and happy for us - so much so that we visited again for another purchase! We would definitely go back to Browns
