We had the most wonderful stay at Kingfishers Nest at Browning Bros. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, cosy, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. The setting is peaceful and perfect for switching off, with stunning surroundings and thoughtful little touches that made the stay feel really special.

Communication with the owner was exceptional from start to finish, so friendly, clear, and helpful, which made everything completely stress-free. It felt like a true luxury escape while still being warm and welcoming. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed and would highly recommend Kingfishers Nest to anyone looking for a special getaway. We can’t wait to return.

We had such a wonderful two night stay in the little wren cabin. It was incredibly tranquil and the games provided made for a fun quiet night in. Everything you could need for a cosy stay was provided. I am very much missing the beautiful lakeside view. Thank you very much! We will be back.

Had an absolutely amazing break at kingfishers nest, the cabin was clean and cozy. I really enjoyed how secluded and quiet it was, the perfect place to relax and unwind. Although I was aware of the hot tub, the sauna was a nice surprise as I dint see it mentioned on the website. I think the best part for me though has to be spotting the kingfishers on the lake. Really looking forward to staying again

Outstanding beautiful place we stayed in the kingfisher lodge, clean and pure luxury. We stayed two nights and we loved it. In front of log fire watching the wildlife over the pond. Will be going back

We stayed in Little Wren for a chilled weekend before the Christmas chaos.
We absolutely loved it and wished we had stayed for longer in this comfy, cosy cabin.
Well equiped and so scenic.

Booked to stay at Little Wren for 2 nights on a solo break. Everything exceeded expectations - beautifully furnished, clean, peaceful and exactly what I was looking for. Easy to get to via trains / taxi from London. Communication with hosts/owners from start to finish was great.

There is nothing I can fault, everything was perfect. Hot tub was warm on our arrival, tub is huge and plenty of hot water for long soak not affecting any other hot water uses, we did not use the fireplace but plenty of instructions and equipment to use. Will 100% be coming back!

We’ve just booked to stay for the third time. We absolutely love it here. The cabin is accessible from London but it feels totally secluded and like a real escape. The interior is stunning, and the sauna and hot tub have the most incredible views. It’s a wonderful place to come and relax for a few days. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Had the most amazing stay at little wren, such a beautiful wee getaway. The cabin is well equipped and perfect to make dinner and sit by the fire in front of the lake. Communication with Sarah was exceptional. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Superb stay in Water Lily Lodge. Stayed as part of a weekend celebration (on site). The cabin was very comfortable, immaculately clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable few days. Included a huge bathroom with walk in shower and lovely linen. The cabin is very quiet and has a lovely view of the lake with its wildlife. The hot tub and outside seating is perfect for relaxing peace and quiet. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had a fabulous weekend. We stayed in Water Lily Lodge and it had everything required for a great stay. It was spotlessly clean and also plenty of room to relax. The surroundings are amazing and it is a perfect get away from everything location.

If I was an author Kingfisher lodge would be my place to write. Peaceful setting. The lodge is thoughtfully laid out lovely and clean and felt both modern and rustic with the added luxury of a sauna and hot tub. We arrived at night and both lights and heating had been put on which was so thoughtful. Lovely toiletries and robes and towels provided. Idyllic and romantic .

We stayed at the beautiful Waterlily Lodge, it was the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed. It is so peaceful and tranquil.

In the morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the birds fly over the lake and the Lilypads open as the sun hit them. It really is like something out a book.

Everything about the lodge felt thoughtful and serene, making it the ideal place to unwind and recharge. We can’t wait to return, a truly magical and peaceful getaway.

We stayed in Little Wren and the setting is beautiful with lovely views from every large window. The booking process was easy with great communication. It's a gorgeous cabin inside and out and has lots of luxury touches like lovely toiletries and fresh coffee.

We stayed in Little Wren and had the loveliest, relaxing evening sitting on the deck with the fire pit watching the ducks on the lake and the bats swooping. Lovely little cabin with everything you could need and a very comfortable bed and pillows. Would love to stay again and would recommend 100%.

I spent my birthday at Little Wren. We spent the afternoon and evening out on the decking and I can 100% say it was wonderful!

The little details inside were insane! A book about wrens, games in a wooden logo'd box, the wood burner, the little kitchenette. The decor is calming and relaxing. It's just stunning.

I would happily stay at Little Wren in any season, as everything is catered for, whether it's chilly outside or a beautiful sunny day, it does not disappoint.

If you would like something a little different, with no TV, just the stunning surroundings and wildlife and maybe a little music on the super cute radio, this is definitely the place to go. You could be anywhere in the world when you are there.

It's absolutely magical.

Waterlily is the most magical family getaway! We booked it as a Father’s Day surprise for my husband and brother-in-law, but our kids absolutely loved every moment too. Spending hours by the lake watching the lilypads and wildlife while cooking a BBQ made for the perfect evening. The lodge itself is beautifully designed—cosy, stylish, and perfectly in harmony with its surroundings. Communication from the lovely Sarah and the wonderful local guides was fantastic throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
