I joined Brototype after Plus Two thinking it would actually help me build a career, but it’s mostly hype and marketing. After 8 months, I could only finish around 11 weeks, and I’ve seen students stuck for 2–3 years in what they call a “6-month” course. The review system is a mess — no standard at all, it depends on the reviewer, not your actual skill. A lot of students realize this within a few months and drop out, but by then they’ve already spent money, and even the hub alone costs around ₹5,000 per month. Their “98% placement” claim is also misleading because it only counts students who complete all 52 weeks, not the many who quit midway. For the amount people are paying, this is just not worth it at all.

One star for the wonderful talents I met during my time at Brototype. You get exposure to real work quickly and the environment is fast-paced. You’ll learn to handle pressure and take responsibility early.

During my time, staff turnover was high, including several capable employees. Job stability can feel uncertain.

Policies are enforced very strictly. Even minor attendance delays are penalized heavily, while extended working hours are common and often expected (work like a DONKEY). There is limited flexibility in how rules are applied.

Direction and priorities change frequently.

There is limited space for discussion when employees raise concerns or request adjustments. Professional and personal boundaries are not always clearly separated, which may feel uncomfortable for some people.

Now, for students, it WAS a good few years back; now the company officials have turned greedy and are not providing quality systems.

So I wouldn't recommend it for students and never for an Employee.

Catmicut are thieves,when you pay to get in,they allow you to withdraw $2 only twice and after that you can't withdraw again unless you refer someone who's going to deposit like you did..which means the money you paid to get in wasn't returned to you..you lost. It's so painful because I wasn't allow to withdraw not even half of what I deposited. They're thieves..they need to be shut down especially their mentor tutor who goes with the name "Robert"

If I had an option for minus review, I would have. I have been in edtech and I know how desperate our students from kerala wants to get placed. If you say anything to an unemployed student they are vulnerable and they will sign everywhere. That’s what Brototype do. They will make you sign. I am writing behalf of my friend who went to Brototype and they offered him training and placement. Both were false promise. They just gave him a desk and place to work, they asked him to learn by himself. Since he was smart, he placed in a company by himself. Brototype had no role in it. But they are greedy, they have been torturing and hunting him down for the last 1 year. Now their legal team sent a summons from court against his father.

Guys dont take this shit training, your desperation to get a job is their market.

Don’t be to part of the it if you have basic you can learn from home with ChatGPT and YouTube with zero cost

So costly ,no support ,false advertisement ,strict as hell, rude staffs and i am student currently studying there it is a total scam never ever join here ..and they force and pay us to make some promotional videos for them in youtube ,instagram and social platforms ..the and i will use my fake acc to post this else they will terminate me for exposing them

Brototype is a place where my life changed from a plus two student to software engineer. I learned tech skills and communication from here which helps a lot in my current position and future

The No. 1 IT training institute in kerala who awarded by 24 news business award, and i understood there is different learning method it's self research oriented learning it's truley help students in their entire life, and onething it's harder for beginners, but very powerful, I agree Brototype is the No. 1 IT training institute in Kerala, no in India. 😊

Dont trust Brototype 100% marketing in YouTube. Placement not guaranteed. Student placing because of their own talent.
They promote it is called work ethics .they are selling their course for high tickets its seems around 2lacks with gst. This course is not worth for that much amount. Be aware of falling into the trap by watching YouTube guys.every thing is marketing their institute. Don't trust everything watching on YouTube.
If you have the right skills you can place in high package .by self learning through free resources .

I've passed their test and qa, but then I have to sign on doc with huge money to pay them. They never told about this while joining. Now I have no options to loose my 15000 and time

I registered on brototype by paying 5k at first, and I didn't asked anyone about them that was a mistake of me, then after some days the said to pay additional 10k and that's also for registration. I gone into calicut hub and talked to them, they said these are only reg fee and the course fee can be paid from salary after getting job also there is rent for the place we study. I asked twice about fee they said the same reg fee, rent, course fee after placement. After that we got 3 day motivation call and after some class took by the students in there. And I passed first test and qa , I didn't knew about either of them they never said it to me while I talked about the fees. Now they gave me agreement and said to sign in.
Now the problem the agreement saying, I should pay 75,000 to 3,00,000 if I quit or terminate by them (if one week fails they can terminate), pay 1000 if fail to keep with their schedules, and the agreement is filled with conditions which I should pay to them.
I can't agree with the terms, they never talked about any of this at the beginning, and many students from my batch are also unaware of these feeses. We (me and students from batch) contacted students studying there, studied, and working peoples, All of them saying there's nothing to learn by paying 2 lack and many of them had issues with them even people the studied there. We decided not to join them and contacted them. They say our money will never refund and when ask about why they didn't told about the huge fee before, they don't answer correctly, one said they don't have to, another said it's because of you terminating. I'm done with them the money's gone for five of us. And I happened to know there are many students like us some taking legal actions but it costs more time and money then the we lost because of them.
Nothing happens if they say about the fees clearly before paying the regfee. I'm so excited to study there but now I just want my money back.
Don't fall for their agents!

Worst experience I ever had , waste of money , The program emphasis only on money making , totally business minded procedures , can't affordable to a middle class boy but they won't speak about the total fees and structure of the program ,it only speek after the initial 15 k payment done , over motivating ,so many fake reviews by the students ( because they are making contests like the student who get more like and share ,got reward of money

They follow a weekly self-study mechanism and review their progress every week. The reviewers they have are arrogant and are not technically capable. The reviewers assigned may not have relevant knowledge of the technology stack.
Most of the reviewers are trying to show off in front of the candidates that they are experts! Some of them don't even know the basics.
If students/candidates point out the reviewers are wrong during the reviews with proof, it won't be accepted. Some reviewers even keep this in mind and will take revenge on the students by asking them to repeat the past week's work.

If another reviewer comes up knowing the history, he will deliberately make the candidate fail to protect the first one.

There is a case where I know, the candidate was informed as failed in the last interview, with wrong feed back from the reviewer. The reviewers lack real work experience. and most of them know how to grill people The candidate asked to re-check the video and the co-ordinator accepted her argument as correct, but she was not ready to update the score for the candidate and was forcing her to re-attempt the review.

They make the life of people miserable. The method is good but when done with the wrong people, it backfires.

Brocamp IS A SCAM for that amount of price....

They are not providing any value for that amount of fees and dirty pressure for monthly avg 20k job.....They are not giving any placement guarantee...all the works are done by candidates....These Institutes are running by losers...who failed in college , careers, life.....My 88 k + other expenses wasted+ Time....

Their quality heads are losers...neither they didn't worked in reputed IT industry nor college degree....Only the laugh we hear in their social media platform..... Average students are taking 10-13 months for placements(sometime jobless)....And also average placement package is 20k/Month not 5 Lpa......

About their workspaces: They are very careless in terms of providing services in workspaces...Sometimes air condition will not work, power will lay off frequently, may be network will be disconnected, we were in Calicut , in a cheap workspace that doesn't even worth 2000 rupees and paying 4000...whenever we ask about them they will say only for this month..next month we will be moving to new renovated workspace saying that for 5-6 months...still they didn't moved from that workspace .

Then coming to the weekly reviews, it's another scam, most reviewers are not qualifiers just come for 10-15 minutes and going, then what else we are paying for, and about review cordinators, they are irresponsible ,During one of my review one of the review cordinator didn't updated the next week task and I notified her ...she never minded and I lost one of my week....

About the Communication sessions, It was not much needed for me ....because I was already good at communication , but when I tried to participate in communication session I felt that it's only for average quality. Trainers are not aware of much english vocabularies, and giving cheap tasks for candidates as like a little kid of age 4 or 5....that's disgusting

MY ADVICE IS ....THE BEST WAY TO LEARN PROGRAMMING IS, RENT OUT A WORKSPACE, CHOOSE AN ONLINE COURSE OR BEST MENTOR AND DO THE THINGS.....PREPARE THE CV WITH YOUR PROJECTS... AND APPLY FOR JOB.....THAT THE BEST WAY TO LEARN AS I EXPERIENCED.....MENTOR IS NEEDED , WE CAN SAVE OUR TIME AND MONEY........THAT'S HOW I PLACED...

If you finished your CS Degree...and eager to do a job don't come here...... your patience and mind may get depressed....Everything they are doing faking......

Don't fall for their sales team by sending 2k or 4k.....When the money sent , their behaviour changes, even I point out the mistakes from review cordinators , batch counsellors to Quality heads, he is rude to me....he is not agreeing their mistakes from their end and improving, Instead arrogance, If we point out the mistakes they will say why did you joined in our institution, because you are jobless....That's their word...dirty behaved people..... They also spitted this same word during initial 3 day orientation workshop......They know Brototype is chosen by 3 tier college jobless people, that why they are spitting Arrogance......

THEY are not having any stability in their rules...it will change in seconds...according to their need And also their all officials are not well aware of that......and they will misguide us to candidates....I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS REGARDING THE FEES PAYMENT....They brought indirect blocking for PAY AFTER PLACEMENT option by conducting another test after fumigation.....so many of candidates will face again into pressure because of not passing the test.....ACTUALLY WE WILL FALL INTO PRESSURE POOL in taking decision from this scammers...It's a mafia....We will be stuck....and depressed....as like million dollar industry owning.....for 20-25k job......

Next, their official's punctuality for online meet.....I don't know what these stupids are busy with...may be showing off they are busy....if they scheduled a meeting at 7:30 pm.... they will be coming at 8:15 or late....

DON'T FALL FOR THEM AS I DID...KIND ADVICE

I went there after seeing all their ads, but finally understood their teaching; they are making us work and learn on our own. Why should I go there when I can do it from home? What they advertise seems big, but what we actually get is small.
