Scam. Charged my card, never sent anything. I even paid extra for fast shipping

***Caveat Emptor****
I made a purchase on 7/3/24 for $58.84.
They’ve never been shipped or received. I emailed the company, they don’t have a customer service telephone number🚩🚩
Product never received. It must be a scam company

I am now handling this dispute via Chase.
Super pissed😤

Counterfeit KN95 masks and unprofessional customer service.

The KN95s I purchased did not have the GB2626-2019 stamp on them, per KN95 official standards. The masks show this stamp on the product picture, but the masks I received do not have this stamp.

When I asked customer service about a refund they told me they didn’t want to “spend time arguing with me” and they refunded me.

Unprofessional response and counterfeit masks - this business should be shut down, it is unsafe to sell fake medical supplies.

My mask came and was missing one of the vent filters so I couldn't use it right away. I emailed you and did not get a response. So I paid $10 more to order the small vent filters and waiting for their arrival. As far as the mask, it seems like it will be good.

Fit and quality appear to be good. The gray color, however, seems to look a bit uneven and splotchy.

I already had the white mask and couldn’t find the black ones. The black ones met my expectation.

I really enjoy the promptness I in receiving my orders.

The masks are well constructed and arrived within the timeframe stated.

Came quickly. I didnt read all the descriptions. I assumed they would be rated as medical masks. Box states all over the place they are not medical grade. You would think someplace called brookwood medical would sell medical masks. Nope.

A great brand to buy high quality products to stay safe and healthy. Highly recommend and very satisfied with my mask I ordered!

I am disappointed in these masks. They are very thin. I'm not sure they would protect against Covid which is the reason I purchased them.

I liked that each mask was individually wrapped.

Masks are colorful and well-fitted! The lavender masks are great way to be safe and silly at the same time.

My order was easy to place and arrived ontine and in great condotion. The quality of the masks is perfect, too.

I was mailed the wrong color. One of the boxes was damaged.
