I absolutely love the light part of my floodlight/security camera. I do wish I could turn the middle light side to side not just up and down. But my only huge disappointment is the app will not let me sign in to live stream when the sun comes up, only when it’s dark can I do a live stream viewing. It’s super annoying. If I could get it to work on that point it would be a 5 star product for me
I wrote an E-mail asking for help on a weekend not expecting a reply till the following Monday. I got a response roughly an hour later! Unlike most I wasn’t made to meal like the bad person, there was no blame thrown around, simply steps for reaching a resolution — steps for resolve were simply and clear with examples, this shows me that the company cares enough about its employees that the employees care for the customer! I will continue all my DJ lighting needs from Onforu and recommend this company to all my friends ! 10stars!

no name plate or model # information on the product! no customer service at all! they only sent one email asking me for the model of the product? i just assume that they are D100rgb flood lights? the two lights have absolutely no name, numbers or any identifiers on them! is that legal? do not trust this company!

We provide perfect after-sales service for every customer who chooses Onforu.
However, after replying to the email, you have not provided the corresponding order record.
If you ordered from our website or Amazon, you can provide us with the order numbers.
Ordered two sets of FG144 flood lights. One set had a defective power supply. After some back and forth with the company, they finally agreed to replace the entire defective unit, and told me to keep the defective one. The products are "ok", not great, but okay if you don't have any high expectations. It's tough to beat the pricing I got for 5 flood lights that can be app controlled, so I'm not going to knock them too hard for the limited customization. Anyway, decent company with decent products.
This device is compact, offers clear true sound, and has a recharge interval that is long. I am a long distance cyclist who rides 20-30 mile training stretches every other day, I rely on the music, podcasts, or radio sound to entertain. Have had four other on-board speakers, none compare.....this is the best.

Product FG144. After setup and operational the product failed. There has be no response from onforu after two emails. I feel they are not providing customer service.
