He came round to fix my shower and was a lovely person to talk to, did a great job with the shower!

Luke has just attended as we were having issues with our shower room drainage.

For a repair I couldn’t fault them at all they were prompt in turning up on time and very friendly , and polite they also explained what they were doing ,and did the job perfect . But they even had to advice the other workman from Shield how to do another part of the job as he really didn’t have a clue they went above and beyond today and leaving the house

Recently had a complete kitchen refit, both Gino and George were brilliant. They were always on time, very tidy, polite, professional and worked extremely hard to a high standard of work. Their communication was also excellent and informed of what work was being carried out at all times.

Rich was great, polite, knew what he was doing,I didn’t know I had two different handles on my door, which I’ve never noticed, all done no mess, perfect

Repairs are never done. They dont seem to give a hoot about the mould issues I've had for years. I've logged every chat/complaint and still mould is a problem. Recently voiced my concerns to ho and again nothing done. I shouldn't be having these problems in the summer. Year after year. There is obviously something that needs investigating. Maybe they need reminding of Awwabs law? Because I mentioned it only a few months ago to be told it will be logged.. hey ho nothing done yet again. Maybe next year hey bromford?

I highly recommend Jack Chance for his excellent work fitting my kitchen. He did a fantastic job and completed everything to a very high standard. Jack is kind, respectful, professional, and was a pleasure to have in my home. I am very happy with the finished kitchen and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled kitchen fitter. Thank you, Jack, for all your hard work!

Ben Wilson came out to my property today on an emergency repair. He was here less than 2 hours after I reported the repair. He was very friendly, helpful and had the problem fixed quickly.

I have been a customer for over 3 years and I have never had a bad experience the hole is amazing the rent is affordable and the repairs service is very reliable. I feel safe and able to thrive just as Bromford aim for.

Si Morgan came to fix a door handle that had broken. Great chap, turned up, polite, did the job, had a cuppa, chatted about dogs and allergies and off he went. I rarely have issues with the trades, they are consistently brilliant.

Now, the systems and processes at Bromford... yikes!! Need to seriously review these and how they communicate with each other (if at all).

We have been with Bromford for years now.
In our current property we have terrible internet service , We have spoken to open reach but they cant do anything with out Bromfords permission but of course Bromford will not do anything about it. We have spoke to our neighbourhood coach about it ,we have sent sooo many messages to him but he would rather ignore them or tell us things we have already done. All Bromford need is to give permission to open reach to install fibre cables. We have sent them a request form ect but still nothing. We have never been late on rent we do everything right but they dont want to help and sort things out. Im sick of tryng to sort this they dont want to help they have no intention of helping. If you want something done dont bother to ask them they wont help you. Been going on for 4 years.
