The whole process from start to finish was so quick and efficient. It was a big work load and they still managed to be over and done with in 5 days. Every person who came into my home were so polite and respectful. Could not recommend this company anymore!

We had work carried out by Broadoak, the whole package was first class, from the staff in the office to the gas engineers, cavity & loft insulation team. The insulation on gas boiler & central heating system was done over a two day period, the team of two were exceptionally efficent, polite courteous, and their work was clean, also the cavity & loft insulation team work was clean & efficient. The overall package was first class in every aspect, we cant thank them enough for what they've done. We have had to put the central heating system on & its so much warmer in the house & efficent, totally different home now. Anyone who needs work doing Broadoak were amazing we can highly recommend them. Thanks again Broadoak.

Air source pump and central heating installation.
The work was carried out skilfully and all staff were polite and friendly.
They left our home in a clean and tidy condition.

In April 2024 Broad Oak fitted a new combi boiler radiators and all pipe work to my home. The engineers were very helpful and cleaned up after themselves the work was done to a high standard and I am very pleased with the system which is saving me money.

Excellent service, very quick, and always at the end of the phone if I wanted anything. Would recommend to anyone

Please don’t let broad oak into your house they used sub contractors to install a heat pump and boiler with new radiators in my bungalow through a government grant . They did it in a day and a half totally rushed it to get to another job in Angelsy so they could have the Friday off. They left old copper piping poking through the ceiling and holes in the walls every where I had water coming through the smoke alarm on the ceiling and they flooded my dining room. They trashed my wooden cabinet that housed my old water cylinder and just left it. The scaffolding was left up for nearly a month despite my repeated phone calls to have it taken down.
I have rung multiple times to ask when somebody is coming to do the repairs but Dave the planner is always unavailable and never rings me back. I think my next step is to complain to the trading standards to see if they can help to get the situation resolved but I am not holding my breath.

We had storage heaters installed through the Warmer Wales scheme. I can say that the experience was positive, from clear explanations about the heaters and what they would look like once they were fitted. The installation was trouble free, leaving no mess. We are very pleased with our new heaters and the service we received from Broad Oak

Recommend Broad Oak , the whole process went very well. Was kept informed every step of the way. Very friendly staff and the lads that came to install were very polite and hard working.

Excellent company.
Kept us. informed every step of the way. From the initial phone call to the insulation and then the extractor fans installed at the end the workmen were very efficient, very informative and tidy workers.
I would highly recommend Broad Oak we have found a big difference how warm our home is now.

The work they carried out through the ECO4 scheme resulted in a leak, damaging the bathroom and resulting in a needed kitchen refit/

Only when I put a review on here did I actually receive any reply, despite contacting them several times. Someone came out, promised work would be completed and leak caused by the work they did would be discussed with the directors. Then, didn't hear from them again! Work has still not been completed.

Do not trust this company!

Hi very nice people do the job properly even he help us to move the stuff all guys say hats off after work he clean everything thanks broad oak steam special thanks John cliff

All over you like a rash when they think that they can make money out of the installation. Was shown the documents with the surveyors decision that the EPC rating for my house was E. Which meant that I had met the criteria for a new boiler.
Never heard anything from them and when I rang them they said that the EPC was now D. Promised a call back which never materialised.
I spoke to my friend who works in the ECO4 scheme and he told me that if they consider that they the company will not make as much money out of your job as they wanted then they will alter the criteria against you and fob you off.
