Everyone was lovely, all done quickly and professionally. The heaters I had fitted are really good, lovely and warm. The fitters were really lovely. I also had my water tank changed and they were really lovely.

They were clean and tidied up after themselves.

It was all really smooth and easy.

Been over 6 months ringing them constantly to get them to finish the work constantly ringing them for the past 2 months fobbing me off with every excuses and not listening to their own workers saying they need more men/time to finish the job and to top it off no heating for over 3 weeks due to poor fitting of “new boiler” and even then say they’re sending someone for a no show…. Really bad management and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

I was contacted by this company to do my loft insulation. I was told I needed to pay £300 to have fans fitted in my bathroom and my kitchen. There is no where for a fan to go in my kitchen as the outside wall is bifolds and the other kitchen units. I tried to explain this and she put the phone down very rude. I have raised a complaint with octopus energy who they were working on behalf of.

Despite a slow start with the plastering, this was soon remedied by more plasterers being sent to move the work on. Everyone was friendly and our house is now warm and cosy. So glad we went ahead and had it done. Any issues we've had along the way were dealt with quickly and the staff who answered the phone were always helpful.

Broadoak group completed the job and were very clean and tidy. After completion I noticed a small leak from one of the radiators. After contacting Broadoak they sent a plumber out the very next day to mend it.
Great job.

We were due to have energy measures through the Eco4 scheme. The work was booked in for 2 weeks at the beginning of December. The first week we had new storage heaters, roof in room insulation, loft insulation and solar panels fitted. The plasterers and electrician I can not fault - they were polite and worked hard. However, their management team sent them to another job on the second week, leaving ours unfinished and a pile of rubbish outside. They sent the plasterers back on 23rd December to finish the plastering. The electrician was due the next day to finish fitting the inverter for the solars but due to us having Covid could not attend. I have since sent emails and called to find out when they are coming back to finish fitting the inverter and connect the solar. They also haven’t finished fitting heating upstairs or fixed that the new storage heaters are not charging overnight so is actually costing us a lot of money to use heating for the past 5 weeks. I feel that we were treated as second rate customers via the eco4 scheme - I would not recommend. Very poor project management and communication. Such a shame.

Had wall insulation commented. Would recommend. Workmen were pleasant to deal with any issues were solved straight away to satisfaction. Would recommend.

Very professional and courteous without exception all the guys who worked at my home installing my Air Source Heat Pump, insulation and Solar did a great job! That's not to say we didn't have some issues we did, the true test of any business is how they deal with problems and Broadoak were excellent in every way.

Hannah Fox was amazing from cradle to grave with our very long journey to installation of solar panels through the Ecoscheme. Hannah was patience personified, extremely well organised, tenacious and kind. She moved mountains to get our panels installed before a significant deadline which was completely out of her control. The surveyors, scaffolders, fitters and electricians have all been lovely and very tidy - in fact, everyone at Broadoak was wonderful. We can't thank you enough but particularly Hannah for standing by us through what was a pretty stressful 21 months! Employee of the Year would go to Hannah if we were voting. Thank you all so much.

Newcastle council gave this job to broadoak to install a disability wetroom for my wife saying it would take two weeks max. however it is now November and the job is just getting worse by the week, leaks appeared everywhere having to have call outs regularly to put things right that is when they even bother to contact you back. eventually a shower leak lead to our, as new, kitchen ceiling needing repair, if i could place pictures on here to show you the cowboy jobs that they have done I would and it is still ongoing today 30/10/2024. if you are a council that uses this company please strike them from your books immediately, because the stress they are causing my wife to the point of hospitalisation having overdosed on her meds should be deemed criminal.

Had loft insulated. Amazing workmen were very polite and considerate. The work carried out was anazing and very professionally completed they respected my property and were considerate when having to walk on my carpets (shoes off or cocered). They tidied up after themselves. Amazing work. Thank you very much. Defo recommend this company. Time keeping was also great set time to come and they were there spot on.

My job 78421 was for Cavity Wall installation.
The people who came were polite, prompt and well turned out.
The installer was a lovely gent and did what he need to really well, quietly and cleanly.
The lady in the office also kept me informed.

ECO4 Hybrid solution comprising replacement Boiler, total radiator replacement throughout, Solar panels and air-source Heat-pump.
BroadOak designed the replacement system and worked through the installation with some momentum. In our case we did need to arrange for the old micro-bore prior to the radiator replacement as we did not want any surface mounted piping to support the new system. But that was our choice and it was expected. Once completed, BroadOak installed all of the new pipework as part of the job and thoroughly tested it. Any problems we had were promptly discussed and fixed. It was a fairly complex installation and all I would say is don't be afraid to ask questions. You will find the BroadOak installers to be very helpful and they will explain what they are doing if you have any concerns. So a very happy and grateful customer!
