AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! What you see on the Instagram add is not what they send !! Despatched from China takes ages to arrive !! Cheap horrid product !! When you try to arrange return they want to deduct £5 ! The slides are not worth £5 ! Take my advice and others on here and AVOID !! Reporting to trading standards and asking Instagram to check this brands credentials.

Based on a purchase back in December, I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. Appalling customer service. Sizes are small and after being advised which size to order based on my feet size, these were too small. Britslides said they would send the next size up. They then sent the same size!! After I emailed again, they said they would send out the next size up again but this also arrived in the same size! Why can't they get it right? It's been like banging my head against a brick wall. I get responses but now they say I cannot return these pairs (their errors) unless they deduct £5 for each pair returned! And will only give a refund if I return all the pairs THEY have sent in error. It's the worst customer service I think I have ever received and no explanation given as to why they keep sending the same size. I think their customer service is a robot. Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering - only seems to be ok if they happen to fit you and you and they get lucky.

These slides took an age to arrive and were too late for the holiday use I had for them, and when they did they are VERY poor quality indeed - so perhaps I would not have bothered to take them on holiday! I would definitely not recommend these items.

Avoid this company at all cost! I waited 6 months for a pair of sandals, sent numerous emails, eventually the package arrives with the wrong sandals! I wrote again, of course no answer. It’s an absolute disgrace!

The worst customer service I have ever received I have been waiting weeks for my slides and now they are just ignoring my emails .

My furlined britslides arrived but too small. Emailed and paid for replacement and they still have not arrived 10weeks later. Britslides are not responding to numerous e mails I send them.

Have ordered before and not bad customer service …. But don’t be fooled ordered January and wrong item sent , told me to keep them and they would send the correct ones … still waiting for the correct ones I’ve ordered . You can’t speak to anyone and messaged lots of times just to be told they are looking into it .
So I’m out of pocket 😡

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. The worst customer service of any online purchase I've made. The furslides are cheap, poor quality crap. The shoes sizing's are awful. There are no packing slips, no return address. The customer service person PAUL - made up every excuse in the book to try to get me NOT to return the slides - even though one pair were too big & one too small. I returned them & two weeks later - no refund, no reply to emails. ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

When our pairs finally arrived after a few weeks, we loved the slippers and were going to order more as gifts for friends and family, but on one of the slippers the stitching began coming undone. I emailed for support, but they are beyond useless if you are even lucky enough to get a reply. Multiple attempts made, take 3 days to reply, and then when you reply back they never respond again. Do not waste your time or money. Better off going to your bank about contesting the charge.

I ordered in October and still not received 3 pairs for birthday presents or Christmas. I will ask for a refund.

Another scam that was advertised on Facebook.
Poor quality, felt cheap. Offered me an exchange and said if I wanted to return I had to pay £5. Currently they’ve offered to reduce it to £3! I’m still battling with them but fear I’ll lose my money. Took weeks to arrive.
When they came the packaging said “Birkslides”. They clearly can’t decide even on company name! With hindsight I feel I’ve fallen for a clever ploy - hopefully others will read and avoid.

Delivery took more than 2 months and missed Christmas. Communication was pretty poor. I think these people may be based in France (credit card reference mentions Bordeaux). Product comes from China and is ok but doubtful quality. However this is not a complete scam as I first feared.

Ordered for Christmas didn’t come till after tried to get a refund they wanted £5 each to send back that would’ve been £15 then they said ok £3 per shoe I said no as you have money back guarantee. Was waiting for a response then a second delivery came with the same order as before now I have two of everything and no one is replying to my emails I have now gone to my bank
DO NOT BUY these shoes as it 50/50 change u like them and if not you can’t send back or get your money back !

Shoes did arrive but they're way too small and poor quality. Good luck getting a return / refund. Generic emails come back requesting photos and offering replacements. No matter how many times I've explained I want a return and refund it just gets ignored. I've started a claim via my bank.

Atrocious customer service. I ordered a pair in November 2023 expecting it to arrive the next day, as advertised. I only heard from it more than three weeks later, when Evri (who else) sent me a delivery update, only the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address. I've been trying to get a refund ever since, sent several emails, and now this company is suggesting that I should go searching for the missing item even though I've said repeatedly that I am no longer interested in the item and just want my money back. I feel scammed and disrespect. Horrible company, atrocious customer service. Just avoid.

Ordered a pair from my partner on 5/12/2023 for Christmas. I am still waiting. The parcel was dispatched with an incomplete address so Evri will not deliver it despite being told 3 times the full address, but we all know they are incompetent too. The advice I received from BritSlides? Take it up with the courier! I did not purchase the product from Evri. One of the worst experiences buying online. If I could give zero stars I would

AVOID AVOID AVOID - placed order over two months ago for a Christmas delivery...still not received. Have asked for ordered to be cancelled as I no longer want the item but customer services just keeps saying wait, be patient. They have given false tracking information. Do not give this company tte time of day.

I am still waiting for my refund how hard it is to refund someone for a product they don’t want! I have been chasing for a month. This company is a disgrace. I hope ppl read this review and never order from them. You don’t deserve to be a business when you steal from ppl that want a refund! I’m so totally angry.
