They sent one pair which was correct and another, that they sell for less for buying an additional pair are the wrong colour and size. I'm assuming they've got lots unsold!.....now they're asking me to send them £5.00 to send them back before giving me the ones I originally ordered!.....customer service is lousy and all I get is e mails asking for this money to get the sandals I wanted. Don't bother people.....its a scam

I didn’t get an e-mail after ordering like they said I would. I filled in their contact form asking for the e-mail but had no response. I got very suspicious so immediately cancelled the order again no response, I then felt very uneasy about this company so cancelled my credit card so they no longer have my details. Money down the drain and a lesson learned. A trusted company I believe will always immediately send a confirmation e-mail.

Terrible service! Ordered three pairs on May 28. Still haven’t received them have requested refund twice no response, but still get annoying emails wanting me to order. DON’T ORDER !!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly you are buying a cheap and nasty pair of sandals - how anyone can think these are good quality is beyond me. The 'half price' offer is still way overpriced for whatvyou will receive. The money back guarantee is not worth anything. When you ask to return the product you will be sent emails asking if you are sure, they ask for photos and even after providing them you will receive repeated requests! I paid on PayPal so despite their requests that you don't open a case as they will resolve any issue quickly have had to ask paypal to arrange the refund as the seller has not processed a refund despite saying they have! They don't even want their own product back and in the email saying they had started the refund tell me to pass it to friends and family who may enjoy the product! Go to a store like Next where you can buy something of much better quality for less and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people.

Very expensive for a cheap nasty pair of shoes. Useless customer service made too many mistakes with my address even though I had sent them the right one. Don't buy for them

Absolutely awful! These guys are fraudsters!
They have not refunded my money from January this year for some sliders that did not fit properly for my Mum and they have not replied to any of the support/customer tickets I have created since January.
I have tried around 10 times!
DO NOT shop here, it's almost like you do not exist after you process a payment.

Very cheap quality and not true to size - too small. Didn't bother trying to send back having read other reviews of the experience. Avoid!!

Paid for goods in January still haven't received the goods or a refund despite over 20 emails and cant find a contact number anywhere! worst customer service ever.

Shoddy and poor quality. When you ate forced to complain they ask you to remove negative reviews with the promise of fixing an issue that you already contacted them about and they ignored initially. They don’t fix issues.

Good product, took a long time to come due to Xmas apparently. Took over 7 weeks

I had a pair last year and used them a lot more than I thought I would, extremely comfortable so I have just ordered two more pairs, arrived fairly quickly, one pair were for my mother who has difficulty finding comfortable footwear and she loves them!

Avoid this company as they are unable to honour their commitment to customers and instead make false promises,take your money and not replace orders .Ordered a pair in Nov 2023,delivered quite a while later and wrong size.Promised a replacement and Paul (customer service) when I make contact ,keep saying that they have been shipped.Surprise still waiting and now April !!!!

Wouldn't even give this, cost more to send back, far too big, would not recommend at all, customer service is rubbish, wanted a refund but not worth it in the end and one pair damaged which did get replaced but I requested smaller size and got sent same size !! Not a happy customer 😡
