Great seat support, really helps prevent my lower back pain when sitting - especially if for a prolonged period. Very worthwhile purchase!

Been waiting 2 weeks for my order and tried
Contacting them and received no response. Poor communication and customer service.

I tried this pillow and it did not work for me. I have tried to contact the company 3 times (2 emails and 1 WhatsApp) to arrange a return under their 30 day money back guarantee and have had no response. Very poor customer service and not a great product.

It had no structure, just soft foam, offers no support

I was disappointed as the pillow was used as directed as a side sleeper but I felt quite dizzy when I got up as it tilts downward at the back.
I did try many times to contact this company and left several messages to ask to return it but no one answered or bothered to read my email enquiries either. Very poor customer service cant reccomend the pillow at all.

I would love to leave a positive review but as of yet I've had no pillow or any information on when I might get my pillow even though I have emailed you prior to this request for a review

Pillow and cover ordered. Empty pillow case arrived, no filling or cover.
Update on 11 November: complete order was received yesterday. Earlier delivery of a spare pillowcase was due to order being 'split'.
No explanation and no delivery date estimates were given. But the product is satisfactory.
Accordingly, have upgraded my rating to 4 star from 1.

Unfortunately like most people I have found the customer service to be non existent rendering the ‘money back guarantee’ fake. Firstly the pillow arrived damaged by Royal Mail so I contacted TBPC by email. Then after 2 weeks use, the pillow was not fixing my neck problem so invoked the ‘money back guarantee’ by email…still waiting a response. I’d avoid to be honest.

I havnt received it yet and I’ve not received any updates as to how long I will have to wait for the delivery

I am not convinced that this is the same pillow as seen on the advertisements, what has been delivered seems a lot smaller that the advertisement video, unless you are using grownup looking children of course!!!

The pillow is OK, if I had paid full price and not got none free for the 60 odd quid then I would probably have returned it.

The concept of the pillow is good, I just think I have been sold a cheap version of something thats a lot better out there.

The free gift provides more support for the neck that rhe pillow does at night. 🤣

Comfy enough but hasn’t helped with my shoulder pain

Very poor customer support still waiting to receive a reply from the company regarding an issue with part of my order! If they don’t respond to emails i doubt they even look at this!!

Faulty Product - Non-Existent Customer Service. My pillow arrived. I opened the pillowcase to find a huge defect in the memory foam, with a large amount missing. I've tried twice to contact The British Pillow Company by email, responding to their own email, but they simply ignore me! Why? Who knows? I even sent them a photograph of the defect, but they are not interested. But funnily enough, they continue to send me their incessant marketing emails!! It's become quite clear that they are perfectly happy supplying defective products while simply not caring about dealing with understandably disgruntled customers! Shocking Customer Service!! Don't buy from this company.

Not a great pillow, still snoring and waking up with neck pain. Also, awful customer service. I've emailed twice as I thought the pillow came with a pillowcase. Nobody has bothered replying to let me know either way.

really comfortable pillow but a very off smell! both pillows smell musty - I have checked and there is no mould so it must be chemicals used. Very odd!!
Doesn't stop snoring sadly!

I want to return the pillows as they.re just not working for us. I’ve emailed 3 times and left a phone message (just goes to answer machine with no mention of the company). Absolutely no response. I’m wary of just returning them without contact but I may have to, and will I actually get refunded - who knows!
