Since having this pillow I haven't suffered from the neck pain I did before. I sleep much better & don't wake up so often in the night.

The pillow although softer than most I've not found it particularly helpful with my neck problem. I'm sure it's suits some people but unfortunately not me. The pillow case is fine.

The pillow took a little while to get used to but it has totally transformed the way I sleep. The constant neck pain has decreased significantly.

Very comfortable. Supports my neck. Suffer with cervical spondylosis so need a supportive pillow.

Pillow isn’t as robust as expected the case seems too big for filling. However there is a difference in husband’s sleeping so long as he remains within the confines of the pillow!

I still haven't got my pillow although i got an email saying it was delivered.
I'm not happy with this and no one replies to my emails.

Delivery was very quick. The pillow is awful. Made my neck and shoulder pain worse. Gave me earache and a headache. I tried for 3 nights but have given up.

Very soft not much support my old one is bit sturdier but time will tell

The pillow wasn't as large or high as the images suggested slightly disappointed to be fair.....

I have arthritis in my neck and always have pain and take lots of painkiller meds.
Was doubtful but thought I’d give the pillow a try.
Don’t normally leave feedback but am very impressed.
I now wake up most mornings without pain, unfortunately doesn’t last all day but is so much better.
I would recommend anyone with neck pain to try these pillows.

THE PILLOWS ARE CHEAP AND SMELLY AND HAVE CAUSED ME ABD MY PARTNER TO HAVE NECK PAIN. THERES NO RETURN AS YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM THEIR EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST!!! ITS A SCAM WASTED £60

Great price and first pillow in a long time that hasn't given me neck/headache to back of skull on waking!! I'm really pleased

Prompt delivery. At first the pillow seems to squidgy and quick to recoil but it firms up over a couple of days.
Am now waking pain-free from first night.

Unfortunately I’ve not received my order and not had any communication to explain what’s happened!

Ordered 19th Sept with express delivery (thinking at most couple working days), it's cirrently 29th Sept and order has still not arrived.

The pillow purchased last week is not as described, it is soft memory foam that gives no support, attempted to use , but gave in after two nights, company isn’t responding to emails or phone calls to initiate a return , all in all poor customer care . The same type of pillow is available elsewhere for a cheaper price

Having had a pain in my neck for about 5 months I decided to order from you as you were “a British Pillow Company” I naively presumed the pillow was made in the UK so was quite dismayed that when it did arrive after a couple of weeks the “instructions” on the wrapping were in Chinese. Anyway putting that aside I tried the pillow for 7 days and decided this wasn’t the answer I needed so contacted you to ask for return instructions as stated on your page, I am still waiting 2 weeks later.

My partner wakes every morning with a bunged up nose and wheezing in his chest he snores really bad and this is keeping me awake I don’t think we’ve had a good nights sleep for years I now wear ear plugs to help me sleep which are not the most comfortable….he has moaned about every pillow I have ever bought and believe me there’s been a few….so I saw the advert for this butterfly shaped pillow and thought what have I got to loose….yes it’s quite expensive but believe me it’s worth every single penny I bought us 1 each and I didn’t hold out much hope of it working but even after the first night he had slept right through his snoring was a lot quieter and his chest/nose was a lot clearer and yes I also noticed the difference….i asked him how he slept and he replied ….very well I didn’t wake up at all and I feel so much brighter than normal…. Im calling it my miracle pillow and fully recommend it to everyone so if your thinking about it ….just do it you wont be disappointed

Was skeptical about this pillow as I have tried so many different types with no effect. Have only been using this a few days, but it’s amazing. I am getting to sleep quickly, sleeping soundly, and waking up without a headache. Neck pain is much better. So comfortable- I am a side sleeper and it really supports my neck. Would definitely recommend. Lovely soft fabric on the pillow case.

Sleep a lot better
The only negative is the pillow moves across the bed when sleeping
The underside needs to be more non slip it’s to smooth
