British Bird Control Anmeldelser

Fantastic service and great communication throughout the whole process. All questions answered and kept informed at every stage.
Polite and professional team on the day.
Excellent - would highly recommend.

From the efficient quotation to the expert completion of the work I was impressed by this company.
The comprehensive quotation and information was rapidly sent through and a date provisionally set. When the first operatives arrived in December as agreed, the recent poor weather made it unsafe to work. They offered to return my deposit or come back when drier. They returned yesterday and completed the work in about two hours leaving the site clean and tidy. Very happy with the standard of work and very pleasant people to deal with.

The birds were humanly removed from under the solar panels and as much mess left by the birds was removed. The area was sprayed to get rid of any mites and the grill was placed around the panels. Everything from first contacting the company to the end result was a very positive experience with us being kept up to date as to when the visit would take place. The young men were polite, informative and a credit to the company. An excellent experience, thank you .

The quotation process was very clear and straightforward for bird proofing our solar panels. Communications regarding scheduling were very good. The guys arrived as expected, did a great job and the cost was competitive and good value. Very pleased.

I contacted the company via their contact sheet on their website and received a response within 12 hours, detailing the next steps. they were quick to respond and detailed everything necessary, the work involved, the equipment used and the way it would be done, we were having our solar panels protected from nesting pigeons, all contact was made over email, quickly and very responsive, the booking was made a deposit was paid and the company confirmed and showed up at the exact time, carried out the work efficiently, cleanly and quickly. no complaints at all and would highly recommend the service and the company

First class service received from initial enquiry to completion of the bird proofing - the process having been explained in full .
Thank you to Paul & Ricky for completing the bird proofing work and leaving my property in a clean & tidy state.
Very professional . Would definitely recommend.

A quick and efficient job. Very pleased with the result.

I contacted the company to have a mesh constructed around our solar panels to stop large groups of starlings roosting under them. The two in the team that undertook the work did so in a very professional way and their general attitude and manner was exemplary. We were kept informed of their progress and they left the area as they found it. Overall, my experience in dealing with this company was very positive and I certainly recommend their services to others. The prompt and helpful contact and the efficient administration was appreciated.

After having a problem with pigeons nesting under our solar panels and reading reviews we opted to use British Bird Control to solve the problem.
The team were first class , very efficient and informative on the work involved.
The team were very clean and tidy , nothing left behind.
The good news is the pigeons have now moved on.
I would definitely recommend this company if you have a similar problem.

Efficient and knowledgeable Punctual and well priced

Delayed from original date because of weather but company kept me informed. Today two lads arrived at given time. Carried out the work which took about an hour. Did everything they said they would, cleaned up. Polite and cheerful. Explained exactly what they had done. Highly recommend them.

Pigeon-proofed our solar panels.
Professional, efficient and courteous throughout. The team on the day were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and seem to have done a great job.

Right from an immediate response to my initial enquiry through to the quote and all the supporting documentation; up-dating on the date on installation; and your efficient and pleasant installers it has been a smooth and efficient operation.

The work was carried out efficiently and with professionalism. The estimate came with all my questions quickly answered with precision. The workmen were polite and friendly and the work was completed exactly as planned.
I would heartily recommend this company to anyone.

Great communication from the office. The process was explained clearly and in detail along with booking of the job. The installation team were very professional and courteous. They completed the work in good time and left the site clean.

Brilliant bird proofing fitted to my new solar panels. A really quick and professional job done, with very solid looking materials and a long guarantee. Extremely impressed.
Recommended to us by UK Alternative Energy who fitted our solar PV system.
Many thanks!

Honesty and integrity are the most valuable qualities when engaging people to carry out work that you know nothing about. I can vouch that this company has these in spades. Original team arrived to carry out the work only to find a problem with the original installation of my panels. On this basis, they were reluctant to proceed. I had solar panel specialists take a look but in current climate no one had the time to resolve, they did confirm that the problem was not as significant as originally suspected. In desperation, the pigeon problem also now affecting my neighbour, I asked British bird control to go ahead anyway. The second team arrived and completed work swiftly and efficiently and managed to work around the issue. I am so grateful to be now rid of my unwanted lodgers.

The company kept me informed and up to date with emails. The guys arrived when they said they would, kept me informed of what they were doing on the roof-if there were any problems with the roof or panels. All in all an excellent company.

A safe & professional installation of bird protection systems to my solar arrays even though the weather was horrendous for the fitters to install in. Dedication and professionalism shown at all times during the installation.

I contacted Bird control as pigeons were nesting under our solar panels. Within the day I had a price and a date to start the work. I then received a phone call to say that the job could be done four weeks earlier. As promised the team turned up on the day and completed the work within the hour job well done. Highly appreciate and recommended.
