I'm really glad I used British Bird Control to deal with my pigeon problem. Mark was on time. Initially he wasn't sure if he could do the job as I wanted it, but he had a good look and did a great job just as I'd asked. He was really pleasant too and even gave me some great tips on an unrelated job I need to do. When booking the appointment, I also spoke at length to Colin in the office. He really helped me decide exactly what I needed.

All Parties combined were brilliant, we required scaffolding to deal with an active wasps nest, everything feel together seamlessly and altogether quite cost-effective, Thanks to the Pest Professionals Team and Supporting Cast.

The two fellows who came yesterday were brilliant, they pigeon proofed our solar panels and were done in approximately an hour. They were very efficient professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pigeon problem excellent workers! 👌

Shane and Mark did a really excellent job - they were punctual, efficient and a pleasure to deal with and the netting looks great; very professional. Great communication in advance about how the job would be carried out, and it was done that way, when the two man crew came out to actually do it. We had some fledgling Pigeons that they couldn't get to, so they went away and came back after a week by which time they had flown the nest. We were massively impressed by that because it would have been easy for them to have attempted bad kills, or even just sealed them to their fate under the solar panels. Once that metal mesh is on, no larger birds are getting in or out. We had a different crew on the second visit, but both crews were a credit to the business. Both crews were thoroughly kind, helpful and explained all the options and what they could do. I thoroughly recommend this outfit, if you have a Pigeon problem under your solar panels.

Had a fly infestation for months now while the landlords refused to remove the bins from outside our window. Richard was efficient, friendly and has since removed any trace of them. Couldn't be more grateful for the difference it's made.

Very impressed with the service I received from Pest Professionals. I had a spider infestation at home, which included False Widow spiders and they posed a danger to my pets and young child. Pest Professionals quickly arranged for someone to remove them all and he did a wonderful job, so thorough. Thanks to Pest Professionals I feel comfortable with my family being in the house. They removed the spiders both inside and outside and I will be looking to arrange to have this service done annually. They are competitively priced and I highly recommend.

I reached out to the team and got a prompt response. Gareth helped guide me through how to tackle bird mites, and suggested lots of helpful things. All of this for free mind you! Highly recommended! :)

Would have given one star if possible as all this company have done is cause me more stress. They are cowboys.

We had our house heat treated for carpet moths when I was pregnant last year- we didn’t want lots of chemicals everywhere with little one so payed extra to heat treat over spray. It did not work, despite them claiming 100% guarantee.

They returned twice to spray (as they wouldn’t heat treat again) kept telling me there would be the odd one, it’s part of the dehydration process etc.

I believed moths were under floor boards and they kept telling me they couldn’t live there as no fibres - they were very wrong, a simple google search will tell you different. Felt like I had more knowledge that the ‘professionals.’

After calling to get them To return the second time the admin team tried to claim we had a reinfestation - which was ridiculous. We are a detached house!

The team that heat treated left a real mess, some rooms looked like nothing had been moved so not sure how they treated the room. For instance my son left a drawing in the middle of the floor as we left quickly when they arrived and it was still there when we returned. All lights were left on. The team said they would call when finished and never did - they just left.

The team were very arrogant too, telling me moths were easy to get rid of. Then why do we still have moths, almost one year on?!

Really happy with our experience. Gareth's team fitted bird netting on our balcony. They were quick and efficient and did a top quality job. Also grateful that they managed to fit us in sooner than anticipated.
