This company is a bait and switch and scam-

This company is a bait and switch when it comes to pricing and scammers. Quoted $510 to get me to Zelle a $150 deposit. Immediately asked for a refund when I realized it was a gmail account and not a business. Then raised price to $1,100. I did not proceed with them and they have yet to refund my $150. All these positive reviews have to be fake. No way this is a legit company.

Good service provider

Ms. Lisa services were excellent, she replied all my queries in depth. Next time if I need their service, I will only ask for her and recommend to others to ask for her for any assistance over there.

I am satisfied with the service with…

I am satisfied with the service with Darren. He was very communicative and transparent. He upfront communicated about the new price without forcing to sign the contract.
I had a smooth service with him.

Only thing to note is always get final price in written before you sign a contract. The quote they say initially and the final price you pay later changes and if you sign contract.

Overpromised, under delivered

Overpromised, under delivered! Save your time AND MONEY and use another company. Brightway said they had a driver ready and could pick up our load the next day so we booked with them. Next story I get is that it now takes 48hrs to obtain paperwork but they do have someone that could take the load asap for DOUBLE the original quote. I found another company and requested a refund of my deposit due to their lying about their schedule and estimate which they refused to refund and only gave a partial refund. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

On time , safety and courtesy

I recently used Brightway Logistics to ship my vehicle from LongIsland to Dallas and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, communication, and reliability.
The scheduling process was seamless, they worked around my availability and made sure every detail was confirmed well in advance. I really appreciated the consistent updates and clear communication about both the pick-up and drop-off times, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process.
The driver was fully experienced, courteous, and professional, arriving exactly when promised and treating my vehicle with great care. The car arrived in perfect condition and right on schedule. It’s clear that Brightway Logistics takes great pride in offering personalized, dependable service and truly goes above and beyond for their customers.

Emma Wilson was sooo helpful and the reason this whole thing went super smooth. She was there to answer any questions an worked relentlessly to make sure that I was taken care of! Next time I have a shipment I will call and ask for her personally.
