Booked an enclosed transport for $1020

Then they wanted more money due to insurance for expensive car, I refused

Then they asked to increase budget to $2000 to get it done ‘faster’ (but within contracted time), did not agree

Then they could not find what we agreed on for the $1020 and pushed for $1500 and I agreed

But then they downgraded the enclosed transport to open vehicle. Again I disagreed

Now 2 weeks in and way past the conctracted timeline, I cancelled the contract

Brightway will charge me $200 + $15 for the cancellation

Stay away from these people, bad business

Shipped my car this week, from Austin to Atlanta and everything was well coordinated from reservation, pickup, to delivery. Great work.

Contacted Brightway Logistics three weeks before the vehicle move date. They provided a quote for $800 to ship my vehicle with a $250 down payment. I paid and sign a contract. They stated that a Driver would contact me a few days before the pick-up date. NO DRIVER CONTACT! After many texts, phone calls, etc. no truck came to ship my vehicle. I requested a refund (more than once) but that never happened. Two weeks later still nothing. It was a good thing I used a credit card, I put in a dispute. Still waiting for results. Would not recommend this company!

Terrible service

I had my car to be shipped on June 1st and the driver mentioned he would be arriving in 2 hours and then started saying he had to goto mechanic. He didn’t turn up at all. When I called the company they said they would arrange another person and that person turned up end of June 2nd. They charged me a bomb by stating immediate find of driver etc. It was their responsibility and I don’t understand the additional charge. Please stop looting people if you cannot stick to your words.

If you really take reviews seriously and would value customer feedback then please refund my $500 which is been the additional charge.

Gave me a low ball offer so I would pay the unrefundable deposit 2 days later after the contract was signed and it was time to ship my car I was told the market changed and now it will be almost 4x the agreed amount. Long story short I didn’t get my deposit back and they did not ship my car. I had to go with another company. Would not recommend.

2 days after writing Kevin Miller a bad review both my husband and MIL started getting constant phone calls to transport her 2025 BMW (which btw does not exist). They have her name and all the info correct.... sad that a company / business person likely stoops to that after a poor review.
