False identities, false times for pickup, false quotes they never intend to honor. zero communcation

They lie about the cost I was told 375 ship door to door . Paid deposit signed contract. Then they changed it sent another contract tried charging me 2100. Mitchell James is a snake and liar. Says oh they were just quotes nope you said total price. Maybe be upfront with people . Your a snake.

Jordon More was very helpful with arranging transport. He assured the driver had a safe record, and was accommodating with unforeseen schedule changes. Pick up and drop off proceeded without issue and care arrived in good condition

Bait and switch company. They offered to transport my vehicle from Texas to North Carolina for $425, $125 down and $300 cash on delivery. The next day I get a call that they found a driver to deliver it, but the cost will now be $1.50 per mile. You aren’t going to save a dime with these guys. They aren’t honest, they don’t even use their real names on the phone. When I spoke with them their names were Mark Williams and Anna, but I’m sure they are Margaret and Bert by now.

Bait and Switch. They offer great deals for shipping your car. So you make the down payment of $100 through something called "Whop" and then on the day that they are supposed to send the driver the price has ballooned to 4 times the price. For me the cost was $235. It was changed to $1200 the day of the shipment. I gave them an extra 2 days to get that price back down. When they didn't, they then told me that if I cancel with them, I am responsible for a $200 cancelation fee on top of the $100 retainer.

Stay Away! Bait-and-Switch Tactics and Terrible Customer Service
I had an awful experience with this company and strongly advise against using them.
On 4/29, I received an "all-inclusive" quote of $625 to ship my car from WI to NC, and I paid a $425 deposit. My scheduled pickup date was 7/9.
The issues started when they failed to provide driver information by their own deadline. They told me I could get a full deposit refund if no driver was found by noon on 7/8. When I called at 12:18 PM to request my refund, they refused, claiming they had found a driver—yet they still wouldn't give me the driver's information.
Three hours later, they informed me they had hired a new driver, but the price had been jacked up to $850. To make matters worse, they told me I still owed the full $850 upon delivery, meaning my original $425 deposit was completely wasted. Their excuse? The first driver canceled, and they allegedly used my deposit to pay them anyway.
Why am I responsible for paying a driver who canceled? It is the company's job to secure and manage the transport. This business is untrustworthy, dishonest, and lacks basic competence. I will never use them again.

Got my vehicle here on the 4th of July as promised

I needed a loader crawler moved. I sent out several requests. Samatha from Brightway offer a better price. Once I read the reviews I asked Samantha about the reviews, she assured me because we are hauling heavy equipment that it was a different scenario than that of the bad reviews, I also asked her to review the price and she assured me the price was accurate. After failing to meet the deadline for picking up the tractor, she then transferred me to William, a specialist with hauling tractors. William missed his deadline and then ghosted me. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card to get my deposit back. I also lost 10 days productivity getting the run around. The fact is they quote low and then try to find drivers, When no drivers accept their low ball offers then they ghost their customers and hope they can hold on to your deposit money. Additionally, neither Samantha or William had an American or European accent like their name would suggest, I’ll leave it up to your imagination where they likely are from. Not a good experience for me.

I book an order with them, and they increase increase the 4x. I don't recommend the company.

I booked car transportation with Brightway Logistics LLC two months in advance and paid a deposit of $800. Everything was confirmed at the agreed price of $1550.

On the exact day of pickup, when my moving timeline was locked in, they contacted me and demanded an additional $2,000, stating they could not honor the contract price. This is an unethical bait-and-switch tactic designed to extort customers when they are most vulnerable. Unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
Please save yourself, they are cheaters!

One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. Missed pickup commitments, constantly changing stories, higher prices after payment, and no refund despite multiple written promises. I had to let my credit card issuer handle it. Stay away.

I agreed to have my vehicle picked up on a Monday for $475. Monday came and they claimed there was an issue with the winch and they would be able to pick it up the next day between 11am-1pm. 1 hour before the new time frame they gave me, they notified me that they wouldn’t be able to pick up my vehicle for the agreed price and the cheapest option they could offer me was Friday for $995. I asked for a refund due to an inability to render services at the time and price we agreed on. They are fighting me and trying to charge me $200 as a cancellation fee and claim they will repay the $150 deposit afterwards. I can not trust this company any more. They are operating under the guides of having a “no guarantee of pick up” clause in their contract but fail to realize that does not absolve them from following through on their agreement. This is a clear bait and switch attempt and they refuse to admit it. Avoid this company at all costs
