Kevin Miller, the best dispatcher ! He will get you the best deal and ship your car

I was initially quoted $585 to transport my vehicle. On the scheduled pickup day, I was contacted by the contractor who stated that the Department of Transportation had pulled his CDL license and he could no longer complete the job.
After reaching out to Kevin Miller, I was told he would find another contractor. Two days later, I received a new quote for $1,800—more than triple the original price. This felt like a complete bait-and-switch.
I clearly communicated multiple times that I wanted to cancel and receive a refund, but as of now, I have not received my money back.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company due to the lack of transparency, significant price changes, and poor follow-through on refund requests.

They will bait you in with a low quote, then the day of will increase that price.

When whats really happening is the low rate they quote you is their broker fee , and the added cost is what the carrier is charging . My vehicle was on the load board for 1500. They asked me for 2300! 825 plus 1500 is 2325. They have refused to refund me and remove me from the load board. I have sent over screen shots and proof to them that it is still on the board. They will not answer the phone or respond back.

I am a carrier and recently moved a vehicle for Brightway Logistics. Anna was great always checking on the vehicle and my progression. I delivered the vehicle and she made sure payment was sent that instant. Do not hesitate to work with or get your vehicle moved with them. Great great company!!!

I was apparently scammed by a former employee named Mark Davis. When I spoke to a different representative named Jacob, they said he no longer works with the company and scammed me. I was told by the manager (who didn't even know his own name - Jacob said it was Alan Wade and when I was connected to the manger he seemed confused then said his name was Wade Allen) and was told that they would take legal action against Mark and that he was using the company name although he has been terminated. Do not trust this place at all!!!

Max was quick to answer and was very professional in dealing with me. His price was very competitive but I decided to delay shipping car at this time. Will definitely call your company when I am ready. And I am sure you still give a better price. Thanks

After stating MULTIPLE times i no longer needed his service . I continued to receive phone calls and emails asking if the service was needed . I sent an email asking to no longer contact me however he did not abide by this request. Wouldn’t recommend! It’s harassment at this point

I contacted this company to arrange a vehicle transport, when I set up the transport I was told that the cost would be $1595, I agreed and contracted them for that price, paid a deposit and they said they would contact me back with the details once they assigned a carrier for my vehicle. They called me back and told me that it would be $3500 instead of the contract price I was given, which was $2000 more than they promised. I told them that price was not acceptable and they then dropped the cost to $2600 and told me they needed an additional deposit and if I canceled the pick up at that point I would forfeit all of the money I had paid them for the deposit plus a cancellation fee. I agreed to continue with the transport but told them because of the cost increase I would have to use a credit card for the transaction and I was told I could use a credit card to pay for everything, I verified that information in 3 different phone conversations and was told repeatedly I could pay with my credit card upon delivery of my vehicle. That was a lie, when my vehicle was delivered I was told that they would only accept cash or cashiers check. I have tried to contact them since that time to question them on this matter and they say they will look into it and call me back. They have never called me back nor tried to explain in anyway why I was lied to about my payment options.

Jordan was excellent in helping me get my car shipped to Florida from Connecticut. Even when I had questions Jordan responds quickly and answered with efficiency.

They are an absolute crook. They quoted me 799.00 and then on the day of Pick-Up a balance of 2,731.00 more. They are a false front! No different than the home moving business, lie, lie, lie! I worry about them having my credit card now. The contract is misleading, they even sent ma an email guaranteeing a full refund, but then say there is a 200.00 dollar cancellation fee.

I selected this company based on representations that all four vehicles would be transported together within a specific timeline tied to my relocation schedule. After booking and paying a deposit, the arrangements continuously changed. I received conflicting information regarding pickup dates, delivery dates, number of drivers, and transportation plans.
Despite repeated assurances throughout the day that the order would be handled properly, the driver arrived late in the evening and informed me that only three vehicles could fit on the carrier and that the fourth vehicle would need to be personally driven instead of transported. This was never part of the original agreement and was unacceptable to me.
I requested cancellation because the service being offered materially differed from what was represented at booking. The company refused to refund my deposit.
The communication during the dispute also became unprofessional, including repeated late-night messages and comments referencing unrelated personal information about me.
was told the agent that messed up would be fired! as i seen another review saying the same here it is after midnight and james is texting me unprofessional. i’m out of $1000 i have filed a complaint with the BBB and FMCSA

The car was not picked up. They refused to refund my deposit. We made other arrangements to move the car. They did not fulfill the contract. This is a fraudulent operation. After many emails and phone calls, and credit card protest they refunded my deposit.

I will never do business with company again. Not only did they fail to deliver my vehicle, they are not refunding me my down-payment for said vehicle delivery, when it was their actions that resulted in my load being canceled. Every time I call, I am given the run around. I was even assured that the employee who mishandled my contract was fired, only to have her call me a two weeks later asking for my business. I cannot urge you enough to stay away from this company, no matter how appealing their rates are.
