Purchased a Dyson hairdryer in September, and was instructed it would be delivered within 5-10 business days. Having seen warnings on trustpilot suggesting this business may not be legitimate, I asked for my order to be cancelled less than 5 hours later. They acknowledged that the order was cancelled but failed to provide a refund. Almost 3 months later, brightselectronics.com have the audacity to challenge my chargeback claim - with a fabricated "proof of postage". The order was cancelled. No item was sent to me, and no delivery company came to my address. My bank is challenging their response. I have also reported the incident to Action Fraud. My concerns regarding this company were reported to Trustpilot on the 12th of November.

What went wrong 🤬. I ordered my daughter a Dyson Air set for £324 . I ordered it on the 1st October for her birthday delivery before 14th October, didn't arrive and they promised it would arrive by 16th and lots more dates and promises, after nearly six weeks I cancelled my order on the 6th November. I would receive my money back into my account up to 16 working days. With me messaging days after to ask where is my money, week after week 🤬I still to this day haven't received my money or any contact from them.

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap for my sisters B-day/Christmas present.

They give very strange almost AI Reponses and Im appalled this was on the sponsored ad pages on Google.

They never send you tracking detail or anything of the sort

I have now had to order with currys instead, all the 5 star trustpiolet reviews are 100% bot accounts. All 1 review account where all negative are real accounts with ,multiple review.

These scumbags are criminals and should be treated as such.

2000% scam. Don't be sucked in by the glossy website & hooky prices. This is a scam. Currently clawing back money via card issuer. Trust me, you will be doing the same. Don't be tempted. You'll lose for sure. Surprised this still allowed to.happen but guess always a way. Don't be like me.

Honestly, my experience has been exceptional from start to finish, exceeding my expectations in terms of quality. Even though the whole process was straightforward and easy to navigate, I couldn't help but feel like a bit skeptical at first, as it seemed almost too good to be true that I could turn a locked Apple device into cash so effortlessly. They failed to send dyson airwrap within timescale of 10 working days so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. That was 6 weeks ago and every email I send I get another excuse. Having to get refund through mastercard. Do not risk it!!

I ordered a Dyson hair straightener on 17th October with an expected 10 day delivery window. Having awaited delivery for a month I asked for a refund, this was expected to take 16 days. Repeated requests for refund were replied to promptly, but no sign of any money! I’m about to start the process of attempting to recover the money via my bank, but as this was a debit card transaction this may not be possible. It is surprising that this supplier's Trustpilot score remains so high, given the number of experiences similar to my own I see posted.

I ordered a Dyson air wrap then cancelled the order the next day. I was promised a refund but like everyone else, got the same excuses.
The company needs to be investigated as they are not fulfilling their end of the agreement.

I ordered the goods from them on 01.12.24, but still neither the goods or the confirmation of the order!

They only promise. Every day when you send a new email, you only get a new promise. Actually, nothing happens.

This company is a scam, do not buy and they keep adding comments to up their ratings on Trust Piolit and Trust Piolit won't do anything about it, also a terrible company

Ordered the Sony PlayStation 5, and Brights Electronics impressed with their fast service. The packaging was robust, keeping the product safe. Delivery updates were clear, making the entire process smooth and reliable.

Ich habe im Juli den Dyson Airwrap bestellt. Nie angekommen, immer vertröstet worden. Bis heute mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Kriminelle Firma, Finger weglassen.

You wont get product and you wont get your money back!

Still no product still no refund I placed my order in September !!! Please do not use this company to many people are going through the same thing you will receive no communication no information no product and sadly no refund then today send me email with voucher code 10% off on my next order hilarious

Order Dyson Hair dryer and did not receive the item.
After waiting for three months, I cancelled the order and requested for refund but no use.
Standard response from them

Now I have contacted the credit card company to get the money back.

Muss mich allen vorherigen Meinungen anschließen. Man wird hingehalten und es wird nicht geliefert. Ich schau mal, ob ich mein Geld noch zurück bekomme, aber so wie es aussieht dürfte das nicht so einfach werden.
