My new mattress (from a different company) was too hard and made my knees hurt when I slept on my side. The Brightr mattress topper gave me enough softness to let me sleep in any position I like. I never thought it could make so much difference, I love it!

The customer service is effectively nonexistent. While it appears to rely on AI, it cannot even direct you to a human representative when needed.
I received an email stating that my item had been shipped, yet the courier company confirms they have not received the package. There has been no response or clarification on its status. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I regret not paying closer attention to previous reviews highlighting the lack of customer support.

I done a lot of research into toppers before my purchase, having previously had a topper from a rival company.
Not only was I looking for a new good quality topper, but it had to be at an affordable price.
By initially asking me questions regarding my sleeping positions and pattern, you recommended the best product for me.
This has so far proved to be as good as, if not better than my previous topper.
My only negative, is that I am being bombarded with emails from you for other products, I know it's your business to sell, but too many emails is a distinct negative, less is more in this respect.

The mattress topper wasn’t wanted in the end so returned under the trial period but like others on these reviews, several chases and despite Brightr saying the refund had been granted, no refund has been received. Still out of pocket. Would not recommend to others

Excellent customer care. Superb products at reasonable prices. My sleep has improved and the comfort and support provided by the topper and pillow has reduced back and neck pain considerably. I can thoroughly recommend Brightr.

I recently purchased the 5cm Aurora mattress topper as my bed was too firm and I was progressively experiencing pain in my back and legs. I use the medium side and it's perfect, no stuck feeling, my sleep has improved and the difference in my joints was noticeable from the next day. I now look forward to bedtime and no longer wake up in pain. I ordered another one for another bed. I highly recommend this company.

I have placed an order but due to the negative reviews will have to cancel it. I have made some further checks at Companies House and am not happy with what I have read. The company appears to want to hide any address it operates from and uses the internet only. No telephone number either that I can find. Given that people have had many difficulties asking for returns and also problems getting answers and further problems getting refunds for goods I am very concerned and you should be too. The quality of the pillows has been described as cheap and very low grade. The guarantees have been described as having no relation with reality and not complying with what is offered and described. This is not a company I am happy to do business with and they do not seem to have a British sense of values and attitude of fairness.

I ordered the Titan 2-in-1 mattress topper, as a short-term fix to my mattress, as it had started sinking. It was good for a few days, then actually became worse to sleep on - I’m not sure whether the extra weight made it worse but it did - it was like sleeping on the side of hill.

I contacted the company to return the item, but as I was returning the item within 60 days (the time it stated I needed to request a return to get a refund) I had to organise my own courier, which is misleading on their website (it’s in the small print). I also had to return the product in its original box, which is difficult as it comes vacuum packed. So I needed to buy a vacuum bag to fit it in. They advertise their products suggesting if you dont like it, they are easy to return. This is not true.

I chased up customer service to confirm they had received the item and that I was getting a refund, which they did within a week (after I chased them on it). They then explained it takes 14-21 days to process the refund. The 21 days came and went, no refund. I chased them up again, they said it was being processed, then nothing, chase again, same message. They do not have a customer service phone line, so this all has to be done via email.

Nearly 2 months after the item was returned and refund confirmed (and after I mentioned I would be contacting trading standards about it) I received my refund. I still had to pay for the courier & vacuum bag, so this whole process still cost me money. There was no offer to cover these expenses.

Sub-standard product, poor customer service. I will certainly not buy anything from Brightr Sleep again.

2nd time of ordering with Brightr Sleep excellent experience and pillows first time so led us to order our Aurora memory foam mattress topper for our spare room bed the topper arrived promptly packaged well and with two free pillows included! We’ve slept on the topper now for 3 nights and although the soft side is very comfortable we find the firm side perfect for us and it has turned our spare king size bed into a once again luxurious one allowing us to alternate between bedrooms when the weather is hot and that bedroom is cooler. Well done Brightr Sleep !!!

All i can say is i am really happy with my purchases no issues thanks so much.

I sent my item back to Brightr Sleep with tracking, and they confirmed receipt on 4 June, telling me the refund would be processed within 14 to 21 days of that date. It's now nearly two months later and I still haven't received it. I've followed up three times in the last two weeks and had no reply at all, not even an acknowledgement.

A returns process that started reasonably has turned into complete silence at the refund stage. If you're expecting a refund from Brightr, be prepared to chase hard for it.

I recently ordered a mattress topper which I can’t give a review on yet as I haven’t tried it.
This review is about their offer that’s on to receive 2 free pillows supposedly worth £80. PLEASE don’t go for the offer, the pillows are so flat (I have now left them out for 5 days to hopefully expand) and look and feel very cheap. If they sold these pillows separately for EIGHTY POUNDS they would get a LOT of returns and complaints.You can buy much better pillows elsewhere much cheaper.

I have left them nearly a week now to expand! Never needed more than that from any other company I’ve received compressed pillows from PLUS one of the pillows is not evenly stuffed, looks ‘lumpy’. I cannot see how you possibly sell these pillows for £80, they are not worth half of that. Customers PLEASE be warned, you can buy better, and much cheaper in any supermarket!
The other important point to make is you did NOT offer a free exchange for the pillows which is what this review is about!

Very speedy delivery. Came wraped well. Pillow came with topper at same time so all good. The topper has made the mattress feel soft while suppotive. I used other brands befor and have found this one a much better topper than ones ive tried before. I let breathe for 24hr before using it as recommended. Wow sleep well would recommed products to others. Waking up not in any discomfot now so well worth it and for the money. 👍👍👍💤💤💤

They did exactly what they said, all arrived as promised. Best nights sleep EVER! Back/hip pain much relived. Thank you.

SCAM! People please be careful.
I don't know if Brightr are having issues but they received my returned (brand new, unopened) topper over a month ago and are refusing to refund me as yet because they say they're well within return timeframes. They are *NOT*. I have communicated this several times. Provided proof of returns information including tracking information. Spoke with multiple unhelpful people via email all who give the same generic response. They are absolutely avoiding. Be careful it's a lot of money to lose. I'm going to try small claims court next.

I ordered a lovely firm/exra firm topper from Brightr. It came the next day. From day one it was the best nights sleep I have had in years. I would recommend whole hartedly and have already to my sister. Need a good firm sleep you can do no better.

Great supportive topper excellen quality doesnt move easy to fit on top of mattress with a deep fitted sheet. Both of us sleep so much better so a brilliant choice for us. Fast well packaged delivery so will definately use this company again

Tried the mattress topper for a few months and unfortunately not for us. The reason for the rating is down to the time taken to have our money repaid. I chased five times and was promised that we’d be refunded within 14-21 days, but took longer than six weeks in the end. Payment was flagged as refunded, but wasn’t and finally got repaid to us, only by chasing for a final time. Wouldn’t recommend
