Great from start to finish - ordered the wrong size and they sorted it no issues (was a major trying to pack it back) but re sent the correct one with ease - only thing is it’s vacuumed packed so it’s folded in half and can feel a little lump in middle for a couple of days but started to iron out a little (turned around) but very comfortable and very pleased with the service would recommend 😊

The website was very simple to use had a chat asked for specific type of pillow pointed me in the right direction product wise ,received the product and using it I can get a good night sleep supports my neck I have tried many different type of pillows this beats it hands down will recommend to others Paresh Mistry

Customer service very good answered all the questions very patient and delivery was so quick it was unbelievable and as for the mattress topper itself highly recommend it. I was sceptical that it would make a difference on my old mattress and it made a very noticeable difference almost like a new mattress so highly recommend.

Although a refurbished mattress topper it was as new so very pleased with the price and quality.

My daughter loves the full body pillow. Best night sleep she has had for ages as her back pain is a problem.
I ordered the pillow and find my neck pain has gone, so comfortable.

I purchased the Brightr Luna pillow expecting a premium, supportive product for side sleeping.

However, after around three months of normal use, it had lost much of its shape and support. The pillow compresses significantly and provides very little support overnight, to the point that it can feel as though there is almost no pillow beneath me.

I followed the troubleshooting steps suggested by customer service after I contacted them, but these did not resolve the problem. I was offered extra filling, but I did not feel this addressed the underlying issue: a pillow at this price should reasonably maintain adequate support and durability for longer than a few months.

I am also disappointed by the marketing and buying guidance. The product information focuses heavily on its benefits and suitability for side sleepers, but I did not see clear advice that the foam may soften substantially in use, that additional filling may be needed so soon, or that customers should consider buying a firmer pillow than they initially require. That would have been important information when deciding whether to purchase.

The service has added to the frustration. I had to repeatedly prompt for a response to my formal complaint, and after a lengthy wait my refund request was rejected by reference to the 30-night Comfort Trial, rather than properly addressing my concern about the product’s quality and durability after three months under the Consumer Rights Act.

I was then again offered more filling when I had already declined this and explained the reasons why. The response to my complaint was weak and generic, and did not substantively address the concerns around all the bold marketing claims that are made around their products.

Overall, this has been a poor product experience followed by poor customer service and a refusal to provide me with a refund when I have a completely unusable product.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase , pillows are amazing and I can’t wait to go to bed. Delivery was extremely quick and well packaged, everything was from start to finish first class. I will definitely be back to purchase more , Thankyou.

This was the first time for using this company online and I have to say, that their products and delivery were Absolutely First Class!

I bought their mattress topper but it wasn't effective on the base memory foam mattress I already had. That wasnt the issue because understandably the topper would work only if the base supports it. That was totally understandable however the main issue was the return process which was nothing short of a nightmare! They do advertise a free return a 3 months trial period but they make it difficult in every possible way to not let that happen. They insist on sending the mattress in the same box in which originally came which is impossible to fit in owing to being expanded from is lits original size. They dont offer pickup of the mattress and the free Evri shipping label works only at select places despite the locations being mentioned right on their website!
Their customer service is only through emails which they take their own sweet time of 2-3 business days to respond. After initiating the return process, it took me a good 8 weeks before I actually saw the money back into my account. They did return the original price but not before making me run from pillar to post!
Go for their product but brace yourself for the most difficult return process if you dont end up liking it.

This topper really works! Needed an firm top to my disappointing Emma mattress. It was delivered very quickly , with two very nice, free pillows. Have to say , I am sleeping so much better and my back aches and pains have just about gone.

These people are scammers; they promise a 100-night sleep trial, but if the mattress doesn't suit you, they go silent. They don't answer emails, and the chat bot claims it isn't authorized to handle return inquiries, saying instead that it will forward your message to a dedicated returns team that will get back to you within 24–48 hours. I tried this three times—nothing, absolutely no response. Naturally, there’s no phone number to call. I’m not a spiteful or short-tempered person, but I hate scammers. I’m out £800 because my wife wakes up with back pain after sleeping on this supposedly comfortable mattress.

The only feedback I feel is important for the company to address is the return process.
The topper was delivered vacuum packed in a cardboard box. Fine
BUT should anyone need to return this item in its original packaging it would be impossible!
The topper simply would not fit back into the plastic bag or cardboard box in order to return the item.
Most people cannot vac pack such items
