I have just received my certificates for completing my Level 4 IQA Qualification. I have not had any issues throughout the time of studying. I have rated this 4 stars as on occasions I did have to send several messages before receiving an answer. I had to reach out due to more work being requested after submissions for the assessor to do a professional discussion. They did contact me and breakdown the feedback which is good practice as an assessor myself. I would study with them again and do not have any negative feedback regarding the delivery of learning and assessment of work. The assessors comments on reflection were fair and concise.

I actually wrote a review previously and have since been hounded and basically blackmailed to take it off.
After taking the review off I still have no qualification certificate.
The company are just the worst. As for meeting guided learning hours there is no guidance. They need to be reported to OFQUAL
I simply can.not complete this course. I am outraged about the time I have spent and all for nothing. Just the worst company ever. Not even worth the 1 star

I was about to book myself for AET and IQA courses with another provider when I have come across Bright Pathway website. I had a read to the offers and prices and I found the information easy to understand, clear and concise. The website is user friendly and their prices very competitive. I have sent an enquiry text via WhatsApp and I have received a reply within minutes. A customised treatment plan has been made for me which I highly appreciate and after I have registered, again within minutes I have received emails with the confirmation, details on how to access the app and courses and emails from my tutors. This has been a good start and now I am hopeful I will also be able to complete the courses as swiftly as I have registered for them. I feel compelled to share my experience with this site to caution others. I was enrolled in the PTLLS Level 3 course, and during my first assignment, I wrote over 2,000 words for a single question. I utilized every resource at my disposal, including guidance from a close friend who has been a history teacher in England for many years.

Despite my thorough efforts, the feedback consistently demanded that I "explain more points," even when I had already provided detailed explanations, down to the finest details. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.

After much deliberation, I have decided to cancel my course and raise awareness about my experience. In my opinion, this platform appears to be yet another means of exploiting students' time and resources.

I encourage others to thoroughly research their options before committing to this site .Please stay away from it .

This company is terrible to a point of ridiculous, they teach about neurodiversity yet belittle you if you ask for help. Other companies advertise the course as around 5000 words per assignment at most and I have written nearly 64000 just for one assignment (there are 7 in total) and they still are advising I need to write more, and when asked for help the guidance given was basically just to get on with it, and it is my fault if I do not understand. They can't seem to explain their IQA process and seem to think if it passes their IQA it may still fail EQA. My sanity and my belief in my ability to do my job have been shaken by this company. It is only because I do the job day in day out, have green statistics and respect in my place of work, who know I can do it, that I have not given up. Given the option I would have gone with somewhere a little more expensive and I would have gained hours of my life back from writing pointless assignments which you can repeat yourself up to 5 times in one assignment, no awarding body would ask for a learner to prove competence in the same area several times in the same assignment. They could not seem to answer questions on this, they just told me to 'hand it in if I wanted and risk failing'. The whole process is soul destroying, particularly if you are a high achiever who has studied many online courses with great success.

I really enjoyed doing my Level 3 CAVA course with Bright Pathway. The platform was super easy to use, and the tutor support was fantastic throughout.

My tutor Felicia was very Patient and gave me plenty of support throughout the process
which made the whole course feel much more achievable ,especially whilst working full time

I had started level 5 diploma course in July but had completed my course in September . Today i got my certificate . I am so so happy and honored to receive this certificate . Throughout my journey i got a lot of support from my tutor Fellicia . She helped me out in every matter. There’s customer service is also very great.

my course tutor Felicia was excellent. She provided me with feedback promptly and helped me improve where needed. Additionally, she prioritised marking my assignments so I could meet my personal deadlines.
As for the actual course, I found the assignments to be a little long and at times repetitive; if you're not a reading/writing learner or struggle with reading large amounts of text, you may struggle, but perhaps ask if there is an alternative way to be assessed.

I completed CAVA course with Bright Pathway, and my tutor Felicia was fantastic. The resources were clearly laid out, and Felicia provided prompt feedback, helping me improve.
