My experience with the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement at BrightPathway was very positive, thanks to the outstanding support from my tutor and the responsiveness of the online support team. The course was well-structured and practical, with each of the three units effectively testing my ability to apply various assessment methods, ensuring I’m fully prepared to use them in real-world situations. BrightPathway is doing an excellent job in delivering high-quality online learning with clear, relevant content and strong learner support. I’m truly grateful for the tutor’s guidance and the quick assistance from the online team whenever needed. For future improvement, including more interactive elements like case studies or group discussions, along with a final summary toolkit, would make the learning experience even more engaging and valuable.

My tutor Felicia has guided me through all the modules and has been extremely helpful when I haven't understood something. I found the course work a little difficult to navigate at first but got the hang of it with some help.

I found the enrolment process to be very straightforward, with clear instructions that made getting started easy.
The support I received throughout the course was excellent.Whenever I had questions or needed clarification, there was always someone available to help.My assessor Maya, was absolutely fantastic.She responded to my emails promptly , provided clear and constructive feedback on my assessments, and was consistently supportive and encouraging. Her guidance made a big difference in helping me stay motivated and confident in my learning.
Overall,I am extremely happy with the experience and would highly recommend Bright Pathways to others looking for a well supported and engaging online learning experience.

A very frustrating experience on the level 4 hlta course that ended in a fail and waste of money for me. If you do decide to go ahead with them, please be prepared for your work to be sent back with corrections time and time again. It seems that no matter what changes you make they are never good enough. I have successfully gained a degree and a masters and they were both much easier than this!

Well absolutely amazing from the first point of contact, right upto issues with the learner enrolment but the staff here wen above and beyond and had me enrolled within the space of 15 minutes.

Now I've worked in customer service before, and I must say hands down these guys are exceptional and have clearly been training correctly and adequately for learner queries.

Maya has been exceptionally helpful with super fast with responses. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company

I’ve just finished my Level 3 AET course, and I’m really pleased. At the beginning, I found the website quite confusing to navigate as someone with dyslexia and ADHD, I struggled at first. However, Felicia was a huge support whenever I needed help, and I really appreciated her patience and guidance.

It would be great if the platform included video tutorials or clearer step-by-step instructions for learners with additional needs. I think that would make a big difference. That said, the learning materials provided were very helpful and informative. The course itself has taught me so much, and I’m genuinely excited to start applying everything I’ve learned. Thank you very much for the opportunity!

First of all would like to say thank you to Felicia( Support Tutor). You have been very thorough and specific to excellence. You guided me to achieve the best. This i am sure is the moto of Bright Pathway Education School. You endeavor to produce the best educators who would lead young minds to success.
Thank you for the experience. It has been very surprising for me. The depth desired for the modules is impressive. All i wanted was to familiarize myself with how assessment is approached in this country but instead i have gained a whole new outlook to teaching.

One thing though please outline how the whole process unfolds. Explain from the beginning that tasks will be evaluated and feedback given which needs timeous review so changes and modifications can be made and re submitted.

Having completed the course and getting my certification I can honestly review Bright Pathways

The overall experience was ok, it’s not for the faint hearted, there’s a lot and I mean a lot of writing to do. The help and assistance you get is fair and balanced, however some of the sections are marked in what I would call a pedantic manor, use this word instead of this word for example, but the words both have a similar meaning. I found it quite difficult to complete because of the lack of measurements, there isn’t any word count, and some of the topics are book worthy, so it’s not always straight forward as to what you should deliver.
Once your assessment has been submitted it gets reviewed, after which you make the suggested amendments, then resubmit. The process takes time and effort.
Overall I think the level of information for the level of qualification is too much, however it feels like you have actually achieved something, so you get the sense that’s it’s worth continuing

I would recommend this course but be prepared and be patient

I have completed my IQA qualification. It was wonderfull experience with Brightpathway. Easy to navigate LMS, Learning material and support tutor was great.

I have recently completed my Level 3 in education and training. I have found everything supplied from templates to my tutor to be very helpful. When I did have an issue (the course disappeared of my dashboard) I contacted straight away and team resolved very quickly. Felica my tutor was always on hand to offer support and her feedback provided was very clear and helpful.

I have recently completed Award in Education and Training Level 3 online with Bright Pathway/ Educationist.
It certainly required a lot of effort, about 2 months of intensive reading, writing, re-writing and presenting.
It’s not for the faint-hearted.

My tutor/assessor, Felicia, provided good and helpful feedback on my submissions, advising in detail what I needed to do to bring a sub-standard submission up to a level that would achieve a pass. Largely, she responded very quickly.
I didn’t find the website structure (based on Moodle) very easy to use, especially the messaging system for communicating with your tutor.
The suggested reading material was a rich source for in-text citations (although it wasn’t entirely clear how many references really needed to be included).
Initially it wasn’t clear about any upper and lower word counts. It seems at this level there aren’t any.
Anyway, by the time I was finished I’d written around 30,000 words in total.
The guidance document for each of the three Units was helpful as a checklist.
The 15 minute online micro-teach was a lot of fun to prepare and present; sitting in on 4 other sessions was also interesting and good fun.
Each unit is broken down into a number of so called Assessment Criteria points. At times it felt that there was a lot of repetition with these, asking for the same thing in a slightly different way. You just have to go with it.

Yes, it is tough - but with a positive attitude and a lot of patience and determination it is possible to get to the end successfully.

I have completed the L3 Award in Education and Training and overall I was pleased with the content and the feedback throughout. I really enjoyed the mirco teach session, however I received the link to the session very late, even after sending reminders, which did not put me at ease but thankfully it went well in the end. I'm pleased that I have gained this qualification.

I did my Level 3 Award in Education and Training with the company. Felicia (my tutor) would mark my work on time and give feedback. I did not experience any challenges. They organised for my micro-teaching and gave feedback timeously. Now waiting for the certificate of completion.

I actually really enjoyed learning about the content of the AET course. It was broken down into manageable chunks and 3 main assignments. An easy process to work with and quick responses from the tutor I was assigned. Really helpful sample documents on line and very helpful feedback comments.
