Just spoke to Harry who answered lots of questions I had about a couple of higher education courses. He was very knowledgeable and polite and answered every question I had.

The website is always a representation to its providers. It introduces you to the people you will be dealing with for quite some time. Brightpathway apparently knew this and it showed today whilst I was applying to the counseling skills course. Prompt reply emails and as they promised I was contacted by Harry to confirm the registration and guide me to the log in details. Super service. Thanks for making our lives easier. Keep it up.

I am very satisfied with the completion of my CAVA. This experience helped me improve my understanding, develop my skills, and gain more confidence in my work. Throughout the process, I faced some challenges, but with consistent effort and guidance, I was able to complete the tasks successfully.

I completed my L3 Education & Training with Bright Pathway and I can highly recommend. Felicia was my tutor and she's excellent. I had looked at other similar companies online but I'm so glad I chose this one as it was comprehensive learning but with great support. If I ever needed to do a similar course again I would definitely choose Bright Pathway again.

I found my assessor, Felicia, to be really helpful and responsive. If I had any questions, they were responded to quickly and the overall marking of assignments was also turned around quickly. I felt supported throughout. I found the the LMS tricky to navigate at times but that isn't my strong suit.

I found the materials clear and easy to work through. The tutor feedback was detailed and supportive. It was really easy to study in my own time.

I found the whole program to be very good. The tutor was very supportive and the guidance was great when i needed information to then resubmit the assignments. the course is flexible and you do what you can, when you can and this fitted in great with work. Im sure its only me but i found the Moodle platform and submission a bit confusing at first, but once i got my head around it then navigation was easy. the question is would i recommend the program? it would be a solid yes from me without hesitation.

I had a good experience with brightway for my level 3 AET course. special thanks to my tutor felicia who was always there to answer my questions and really appreciate the timely feedback from her which motivated me to keep improving my work. I highly recommend brightway to those who are looking forward to pursue their career in education.
