Positive experience
Positive experience. We bought the very same model from 15 years ago noting a few improvements. Why the same: white, slender footprint that does not take up much space on the kitchen counter in an Italian style backdrop. Other colors that same configuration needed. We do not like look of cold stainless steel kitchen layouts.
Suggestion: the 4 buttons are associated with each of the 4 burners or combo of burners is not so obvious. Once must be careful not to burn the toast or overcook something.

Was able to solve my descaling light…
Was able to solve my descaling light issue. the live video was very helpful. It was difficult to hear at times as the descale cycle was going.

Button function & pressure error
The helpline did a great job in walking me through reprograming functions and pressure testing. Assistance was giving from oversees but a really cool guy helped me out. Even sent me a bag of beans on the house. Very impressed and will call for any minor issues in the future. Only thing we couldn't do is a factory reset for some reason but would like to resolve this in the future.

Incredibly frustrated - Valid concerns dismissed by rep
Incredibly frustrated. My Touch Impress has had an issue since I bought it with the grind settings changing on their own.
When I finally called, the rep was dismissive of the concern - and said sometimes it will change by a number or too during grinding.
I uploaded video to my case# R104840121 showing how the grind setting can change by SIX or more numbers and the the case was closed without reply
I have posted to a large facebook and reddit group and learned that this is known issue that Breville usually fixes.
I spent a LOT of money on this machine it is still under warranty and it does not work as intended. I was very disappointed in Breville's customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
