Great service and follow up

Responded in an acceptable time frame. Great we could sort the problem ourselves with their help.

Awesome customer service. Our Breville toaster quit while still under warranty. After a short discussion with a customer service agent, Breville delivered a new one to my door within a couple of days. The whole process of returning the broken one was super easy and Breville kept me updated by email. Kudos.

Very caring , the only difficulty was the language.

Customer service was faultless. Talking me through the issue on the phone and then arranging to have the machine picked up for repairs was very a very easy process to go through. My assistant on the phone was excellent, so well done to your trainers, if my experience was anything to go by, they have trained your support staff exceptionally well.

Everything that could go wrong with Breville customer support did go wrong. Wasted a lot of time dealing with reps and managers and am still waiting on my replacement unit after spending several hundred dollars on a juicer. Would definitely recommend to everyone that you purchase a different brand. You don’t want to have to deal with this company.

I wasn't on hold a long time. Junior, who worked with me, was very knowledgeable and helpful. My problem was fully resolved promptly.

I received my espresso maker brand new the clean the light was on, and I was never able to get it to go off no matter how many times I cleaned it. The woman I spoke with suggested that I needed to calcify the machine. I had another machine for 15 years previously and had never done that process, but I was living in Maine. Anyway, she sent me this package of three or four packets to do the calcification process I did it. I followed the instructions I did it. I cleaned it after that and lo and behold clean. My clean me light finally went off. I love the machine. I’ve loved it for all the years I’ve had it, but it was frustrating now I understand the water in North Carolina is different. Your Customer Service rep was so patient with me. I don’t remember her name. she was fabulous when it arrived I cleaned and every time I make coffee on more joyful than I used to be thank you thank you thank you sincerely Barbara Gartland.

Positive experience. We bought the very same model from 15 years ago noting a few improvements. Why the same: white, slender footprint that does not take up much space on the kitchen counter in an Italian style backdrop. Other colors that same configuration needed. We do not like look of cold stainless steel kitchen layouts.

Suggestion: the 4 buttons are associated with each of the 4 burners or combo of burners is not so obvious. Once must be careful not to burn the toast or overcook something.
