We purchased a pro grinder
We purchased a pro grinder. It works great. The only problem was the coffee canister had a crack. The customer service person that I talk to remedied the problem immediately and shipped a replacement canister. Great people to work with highly recommended.

Responsiveness was impressive. I would have preferred more conversation in the beginning to properly assess the issue(s) I was experiencing rather than assuming I needed to purchase something. Ultimately the outcome is what I was seeking.

The wait time was terrible…
The wait time was terrible but once I left my number and got a call back, it wasn’t too bad. Noxy was very kind and helpful, and my replacement parts are on the way.

I thought it would be stressful trying to get help with a defective grinder in my Barista Touch. Mandi made it such an easy process and was so helpful!! I feel like she went above and beyond to help me. LOVE my Breville coffee machine and their customer service! Thank you, Mandi!!

Asked to get a call back from the manager on the issue and never got a call back. Representative who asnwered the call did not have the answer with the information that should be known and given to the customer.
