Issue not resolved

Issue not resolved. The digital display glitched out twice. It did reset when the oven was un plugged and replugged. I was asked to change outlets which I did but it’s very inconvenient. This is a replacement oven the original was one had a door that didn’t seal properly but it never lost the digital screen. I want a replacement without jumping through hoops!

Useless customer service takes forever…

Useless customer service takes forever to respond, I need a new pressure dial as my machine broke within warranty but never heard back

On chat, the chat was disconnected.
On phone, I was told Neville does not support Nespresso kind of machines.
I would gladly give 0 stars if I could.

Grinder Inconsistency Troubleshooting

I spoke with several different representatives on several different occasions for this issue. I was appreciative of the troubleshooting of the first person I spoke with, although the solution did not end up working long term. There was one person I spoke with who wanted me to begin troubleshooting all over again , and when I said I had already done all of that, the solution was to send my machine in for service. The machine on question is less than a year old and has already been in for service once. When I questioned the integrity of a machine that needed service twice in the first year, the call “disconnected. The last person I spoke with suggested we replace the felt washer on the grinder, which seems to have helped enough to make the machine usable. I appreciated this agents patience and ability to find alternative solutions to sending my machine in

No Response from Breville and then closed

I called Breville and after talking to several people was told I would receive a quote to approve and mailing label to send for service. I never got a quote or heard back. Still waiting and have a broken 2 year old Breville Grind Control Coffee machine. Then I jut got a notice today my case was closed with no resolution.

Not Impressed

It took almost 2 months from my initial compliant for my machine to be exchanged after multiple emails, phone calls , video calls
Shipping my defective machine for so called repair and return, never sent or received special coffee beans
for someone reasonable to finally realize the machine needed to be exchanged.

The only reason they get a 3 star and not a 1 is because of the last agent I dealt with who gets a 5 star.
Overall my experience left me very dissatisfied with Breville given how expensive the espresso machine cost.

FYI I have not received the replaced machine yet
