Fantastic training session on AI for Council Communications and Community Engagement. Really recommend this engaging and thought provoking training opportunity to any local council considering implementing AI into their organisations.
I gained plenty of useful hints and tips and best practice recommendations. Daniel Purchase really is an engaging speaker and very knowledgeable on the subject matter.

Breakthrough Communications are really helpful, easy to get hold of and easy to talk to.

Clear high quality advice on GDPR from someone who knows what they're talking about.

Found the subject really interesting, enjoyed the interaction with other 'councillors' and the delivery of course was well researched and interactive.
Incidentally I had joined the course previously at a later time (my fault entirely) but was allowed to 'retake' FOC which was very generous and discovered that Daniel had taken on board points from the first time and learnt from them which, as a retired teacher, I found really impressive!

Really useful you were proactive in sending something out when you realised an issue was affecting numerous councils. It hadn’t occurred to us to contact you until that came out and reminded us we subscribe! The briefing was useful context ahead of our 1:1 discussion about our individual situation. The advice and guidance was clear with legal precedence used to demonstrate how to approach the matter.

I atrended an in-person Canva training session and I can't thank ghe trainer enough for his patience with the Canva un-initiated.
The skills I learned meant that I have saved our parish council significant sums by designing our own leaflets, banners and I even made our newsletter look quite professional.
Our training was with Daniel and I would certainly attend any other training sessions of his.
