I am waiting for a confirmation of my returned item for over 3 weeks now I tried messaging them and didn't get normal response. This shouldn't be the way how returns work

What made it great was the communication they helped me solve my issues and kept giving me updates and letting me now that I had to be there to give my signature so my package will be delivered accordingly

I recently purchased several items from the company, but they were all too large, prompting me to request a return and a refund.

The original packaging included a DHL return label and a return bag. I placed all the items, along with the invoice and a return note, into the return bag and affixed the DHL label.

According to the refund instructions, I was required to arrange a pickup via DHL. However, the provided instructions were unclear and did not function as intended. Consequently, I opted to drop off the return parcel at a local shop.

It has now been over a month, and I have not received any communication or follow-up email regarding the status of my refund.

Concerned about the lack of response, I contacted the company to inquire about the situation. They informed me that the tracking information indicated the parcel had not moved and requested a receipt to further investigate. Since it has been a considerable period and I have previously successfully returned items and received refunds from other companies without issue, I no longer possess the receipt.

The company is now offering minimal assistance, suggesting that I might have a faulty parcel, which is not the case. They also refuse to process the refund on the grounds that the parcel is lost, which is not my fault. Their response consistently centers on the request for a receipt.

I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this situation. It appears that the company does not prioritize customer service or accountability.

I placed an order June the 24th to receive on the 26th I never received order and customer service didn’t communicate or try to help they just kept saying they are investigating I emailed and whats app them about my order asked for a refund and still waiting for a response to the day over 30days later do not order if u want ur items poor customer service

I received my order from brave kid, I purchased the white, pink & black diesel shirt for my daughter and received the shirt with black dirt all over it! I am very disappointed.

Placed an order and accidentally clicked pay via shop as I was logged in instead of putting discount code in. I emailed and WhatsApped straight away to cancel order placed by mistake and they told me they cannot cancel an order once placed (in this day and age??) be wary of that once ordering. However because it suits them they could change it to a completely different object, surely this would be more inconvenient than cancelling for them? Lost out on 9£ shipping and still waiting for a refund. Customer service was not good

Je souhaite partager mon expérience très décevante avec cette marque et demander une solution rapide.

J’ai reçu l’article, mais il était beaucoup trop grand. Je l’ai simplement essayé rapidement pour vérifier la taille, puis je l’ai immédiatement rangé soigneusement et renvoyé à l’expéditeur dans les plus brefs délais.

Depuis le retour, je n’avais aucune nouvelle. Aujourd’hui, on m’informe que le produit aurait été réceptionné en mauvais état, ce qui est totalement faux. L’article était intact lorsque je l’ai renvoyé.

Je conteste donc cette affirmation et je trouve cette situation injuste et inacceptable. Je vous demande de bien vouloir revoir votre position et de me proposer une solution rapide, à savoir un remboursement.

Sans retour de votre part dans un délai raisonnable, je me verrai contrainte d’entamer des démarches supplémentaires.

Yeah there is no compromise on product quality, but you can’t return it if you you don’t like it. No dhl pick up service or drop off. I lose my £65. Very disappointed.
