Brainium Information Technologies Anmeldelser

We entered an agreement with Brainium in July 2022. They cited a 28-week development cycle for our product. After months of sporadic work and mismanagement, they reassigned a new project manager and things began to turn around.
After a couple of months of constructive development and progress, Brainium abruptly decided that the clear terms of our contract no longer applied to the project and began demanding more money to continue working on the development.
We have had contact with several past clients (also dissatisfied) and even some former employees who have confirmed that this is a typical tactic used by this company, especially while dealing with North American and UK clients. It's a classic bait and switch actually.
If you are considering working with them, do your due diligence. Read the negative reviews (like this one) and ask yourself why someone would go out of their way to slam this company. The rules and obligations of a contract are clear. When they are not honoured, trust is lost.
We have been model clients. We made all milestone payments on time. We remained patient and understanding, even though the project is almost 40 weeks late to date. We agreed to perform testing and provided detailed feedback for every revision request. None of that can be disputed. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or want to share your own story.
Pre-emptively: you will likely see a response from Brainium below this review feigning apology and blaming us somehow for the failure of the project.

Excelent quality developpment, very fast and the best attention to clients. Very happy with their work and sure will be working with them in future projects!

It was nice working with a well-experienced and flexible team. Very cooperative and understanding team members with creative and viable ideas. Feeling happy for getting a chance to work with the team. Best wishes for the upcoming projects.

I have been working with the staff of Brainium for over a year. I have enjoyed working with their team, especially Suparna and Anindya. They have handled the web development I needed to get my business to the next level, thank you Satyaki. They have also done well managing my SEO and PPC campaigns. I truly appreciate their efforts.

Ive had so many bad experiences with overseas developers however I was keen to launch a new app idea and so wanted to create a MVP quickly. I found and reached out to Brainium to help create Flow Live. This app is designed to help influencers to start and grow their own subscription businesses, and I have to say Brainium was instrumental in bringing this app concept to life.

The professionalism, creativity, and technical ability of the Brainium team was outstanding. Their understanding of the sector combined with their deep expertise in app development helped shape Flow Live into an intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly platform. I ended up creating 2 apps (one for influencers to manage their business and one for their subscribers) the end result was a fully working app which is far more than originally planned for however the speed and cost made it an easy decision.

Throughout the project, Brainium proved to be more than just a service provider; they were a partner. They actively listened to ideas, provided constructive feedback, and were flexible and responsive in making adjustments to meet my needs (often last minute) They delivered on time and exceeded all my expectations in terms of quality and functionality.

I can confidently say that Brainium Technologies has greatly contributed to the success of Flow Live. I highly recommend Brainium to any business and I have recommend to all my clients and friends.

It is with a great deal of disappointment that I write this review about Brainium Company. I partnered with them in the hope of scaling my online presence and driving a higher rate of organic traffic to my website. Unfortunately, this investment only led to frustration and a significant drain on resources with negligible returns.

Initially, my interactions with Brainium Company team were promising. They presented a comprehensive SEO strategy that seemed to tick all the boxes. They guaranteed to improve my website's ranking, increase organic traffic, and ultimately, boost conversions. I was hopeful, yet the results have fallen far short of their promises.

Despite repeated assurances that their services would lead to a significant improvement in my website's visibility within a few months, there has been no noticeable change. In fact, my site's ranking has stagnated, and organic traffic completely collapsed.

In terms of reporting, their analysis was superficial, often filled with jargon without a clear explanation or actionable insights. They provided data, unclear and fake but no context or strategy to convert the data into meaningful actions that could actually improve my site's performance.

Ultimately, what should have been a strategic partnership felt more like a one-sided transaction. The company showed little understanding of my business's unique needs and challenges, and their one-size-fits-all approach was simply not effective.

In conclusion, my experience with brainium Company was more than disappointing. They failed to deliver on their promises, their communication was subpar, and their reporting lacked depth. This was not just a financial investment but also a significant investment of my time and trust, both of which were wasted. I can't, in good faith, recommend brainium Company to others looking to enhance their online presence. I believe it's crucial to find a partner that truly understands your business and can deliver tangible results, and sadly, brainium is not that partner.

Brainium has always worked with me on taking the idea to reality. They are very good at collaborating on projects and always understands the business side of it all. If it doesn't work right or function right then it's not a good product. We are always tweaking and making the product better. They always feel like an extension of my business and I truly appreciate them.

Brainium Information Technologies helped me to realise my dream of creating a mobile app as a guide to worldwide gastronomical venues. With the experience of the projects managers the app became into a big project with website and dashboards. The staff is always reachable and very reliant to work with. They are also very helpful to give additional information and possible new functionalities for the project. It was a great experience to work with Brainium and am delighted to continue working with them as the project evolves.

Thank you Anindya and the Brainium Information Technologies teams.

Brainium's SEO knowledge is unparallel. Within a week of effectively starting with them, I found my business link is at the top five list in the search engine result.
Besides, their business professionalism, diligent approach in understanding a problem is praiseworthy.
I recommend Brainium for all sizes of companies within any diverse industry business vertical.

Great project and great result, thanks Brainium IT!

Full commitment

Tanmay, Santu, Debabrata, and Sangamita made this the best experience! I had a very short timeline and in a period of 5 days and they’ve managed to finish a whole website!
It was even done better than expected! Thanks for the whole team for the best experience🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I would recommend them for sure!

Reasonable rates. Friendly staff. Willingness to accept changes.

Brainium Information Technologies and their team are very cooperative and have done the website working in a very creative way and delivered on time as we wanted. It was a nice experience working with them. Best wishes for their up-coming projects.

I was looking for a website development agency for my website dsdtravels.com to add a new section. i did a Google ads search and found a few Indian companies who were offering the same. After figuring responsive amongst them, the work was alloted to branium. i found them to be a very professional team and very approachable. My scope kept changing a lot as I was doing competitor research and they had to change many times for the project. The developer abhishek did a good job at it by working on different limitations that the project posed and the final product was close to what I was looking at

Good website developer, everything is good.

Have been a customer since 2016, have always received great and very professional service. Can't complain and highly recommend this company. Brainium have been super efficient and knowledgeable. Any questions/issues about our company website which they created and manage are resolved in a speedy manner.
