Good quality fish and excellent delivery service. It’s a shame all their fish are sold by kg. I live on my own and I cannot have as much variety as I would like because Lack of space in freezer. Smaller bags or free delivery over £30 would make it mach better.

It was good to shop with Bradleysfish as we can book the date that is convenient to us and the delivery arrives as expected.

I think having spent £72 i might have got free postage everything else was fine

I've used this company twice this year for online fish dellivery.
I live where there is no access to fish via a fish shop and 25 miles from the nearest supermarket.
I have to say I'm so impressed by Bradley's Fish. I have ordered Smoked Salmon, oysters, and home waters fish both times. sadly no hand dived scallops this time.
I absolutely recomend them, for quality, price and hassle free delivery via DPD, who will leave in a safe place if out. Brill!

I thought I'd give Bradley's a go and I placed an order for approx £150. I used a 5% discount voucher for the order which I scheduled for delivery in about a week's time.

The next day, I received a promotion email offering a 12% discount of orders of over £75.

Given that the 5% offer was some way off 12% , I'd just spent £150 with them and my order wasn't due for another week, I thought I'd give them a call. I very politely asked whether they might be kind enough to apply the improved discount.

I was told in no uncertain terms that absolutely not. And if I went into Tesco's and bought something and it was discounted the next day then I couldn't expect a discount, could I?

I was then also told that the 12% off discount did have a date limit but didn't have a 'time to use limit' so I could just use it like that but of course I'd have to place another order. Err....OK. Obviously I left it that and thanked the person I had spoken to anyway - as you do.

However, clearly that analogy is inaccurate because I'm not paying a Tesco's store a week in advance for £150-worth of food, before it actually arrives or before I go and collect my shopping, am I?

When the order arrived, I noticed a note on the lid of the box which said that the lobster soups I had ordered still needed to be added. When I opened the box, they had sent me fish soups instead.

Given that the note said that the lobster soups still needed to be added, this was clearly not a packing error. It was very obviously a case of just sticking those into the order (some £20-worth) and hoping I'd just accept them.

Had they not been able to fulfil the order that I'd paid for a week ago, presumably they could just email me and let me know that something wasn't in stock - no? Rather than just sending something I hadn't ordered and charging me for it.

I called to let them know that the order was incorrect and after some to-ing and fro-ing and after being told they'd have 'some more in on Wednesday', they eventually agreed to a refund.

Bradley's come across as rather greedy and their customer service is shocking.

So well done Bradley's, you've saved yourself the additional 7% discount, but you've lost yourselves a monthly £150 fish order. Luckily, there are plenty more great online fish suppliers to choose from where the service is great and doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Fish arrived in time packaging is convenient . Great fish taste . Good offers , I wish I can use more than 1 offer coupons in shopping basket it will be great

I have used Bradley's a couple of times now.

Their range of product is very good, their prices are reasonable and delivery is prompt and drama free.

I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great selection of fish and very good quality. The prawns in particular are very clean and deveined. Only criticism is that it would be good if the skate had been individually frozen as they are stuck together in the bag
