Excellent , quality fish and shellfish and customer service.
At last a company that sends frozen items that are still frozen when delivered. Over the years I have used many online companies selling fish and not one, has on delivery still been frozen. Seafresh, customer service is excellent lots of information and helpful advice.
Had the crab this evening , couldn’t wait excellent quality. Will definitely order more fish and shellfish so thank you Seafresh.

Thank you Ellie, so glad we can help with the low histamine fish, we will keep trying to get more quick frozen fish & hopefully some quick frozen prawns too soon. We are looking at some that are caught, sorted, air blast frozen within 8 hours. A lovely chap from a new supplier we have been chatting with - so fingers crossed!! Brilliant service and delicious food.
First encountered Seafresh during the pandemic when my husband, my disabled daughter and myself were totally isolated. Saw advert for Seafresh and decided to order some food. Since then I am a “dedicated follower”. My orders are always beautifully packed, delivered promptly and, of course , the food is always delicious.
Rhoda and Jeff have been very kind to us and I will always be grateful for the care and kindness they have shown, together with wonderful efficiency.
I cannot recommend Seafresh enough.

Amazing produce and company and customer service
This company stands out to me as one of if not the best I have ever had contact with. Their produce is wonderful quality and any questions are answered personally and at speed including weekends and evenings. They helped me resolve a problem with my payment, still got the goods out to me on time and even included a gift of some chicken nuggets. I highly highly recommend them and 99% of companies should take a leaf out of their book. Thankyou

An amazing company
An amazing company. Rhoda cares passionately about the products and ensuring an excellent customer experience. I have a histamine intolerance so plenty of options to allow me to eat normally again. The product are excellent quality and convenient deliveries that are able to remain outside all day without defrosting. Often they have offers when you get a small sample for free which is a lovely touch and way of getting to know different products. Words arnt enough, try it yourself to get the full experience.
Keep doing what you’re doing you are a pleasure to buy from. Many thanks.

Their low histamine frozen salmon fillets have been a god-send, and their quick and efficient service has taken the stress out of ensuring I have plenty of low histamine food in the freezer.
