First order came fine but
First order came fine. Second was missing a bag of stones and I was told will drop it around later. Never happened and I wasted my time on my only day off. Rang the next day and was told we don’t drop things around later so I asked if I could re schedule. Was told already done and it’s Monday. I work Mondays so that was not going to work… thanks for asking. Rescheduled for the next Thursday. Imagine my surprise while at work looking after stroke patients i get an email saying will be delivered Monday .. that day.
Come on lads we can’t just drop everything if you make an error so you can fix it.
Bradfords was contacted by my wife and it was dropped over my wall as my wife was also not in.
We are not trades people and cannot just hang around on a building site waiting for a truck anytime. We have to co ordinate things a bit so please Bradfords understand and be a little bit more sympathetic to peoples lives .Maybe ask if it’s alright to drop a rescheduled order on a certain day. Like you do with the main one.
My driveway looks great but getting there was really fidgety

Great prices on most items
Great prices on most items - convenient to be able to order almost everything from one place. Very happy with the quality of the goods on arrival. Delivery was great, lovely guy. Communication via was needed due to being deaf, this was excellent from start to finish - this was very much appreciated, especially when so many companies seem to struggle to do this.
Very highly recommend this company and specifically my local branch in Redruth, Cornwall.
