Bradfords - Axminster BBS Anmeldelser

Delivered on time . Put the bags where needed. Good quality.
Easy to order online .

Ordering on line was easy and the delivery driver was polite and very helpful putting the bags of stones where we wanted them.

Ordered on-line. Promptly got a call to arrange delivery. Delivery driver notified time frame on the day and delivered on time unloading goods just where we wanted :)
Spot on !

Delivery was exactly as requested. This was great as I couldn't be there on the day.

Very easy to book item online, and delivery was exactly as quoted. Very happy with the service. Thanks

Axminster always seem to have a good stock level, and, are very competitive on price compared to other local builders merchants.
Delivery was faster than expected.

Delivery spot on, driver dropped items where instructed. No hassle no stress. Online site easy to navigate. Had what was wanted and delivered in a timely fashion updated when they were on way. Can’t be faulted 👍

Delivered within the three working days as advertised, with the driver finding our obscure address and carrying the heavy marine plywood sheets single-handedly to our courtyard. Nothing but praise!

Very easy to order online and the driver could find us which is rare all in all very good company to deal with

I am an old lady who just lost my husband. I had to buy skirting board as a new experience, and went in with a sample.
When I got home I found that what was sold to me was not like the sample. Instead of having a bullnose at the top and straight at the bottom there were bullnoses on each side. There were also multiple cracks lengthways in the wood. Bad experience.

Products delivered on time and left with care on my drive.

Double ordered one item, was picked up on and corrected. Delivery prompt and smooth despite my living at the top of a narrow track.

Easy to order online, speedy follow up phone call received and delivery. No hassle.

I order sandbags on line as website said Axminster didn't keep them in stock and would email me when in store never heard anything so two day later went to Bradford's on off change they be in, only to be told they keep them in stock and I could have got them on the day I order them which would have been helpful as I need them to prevent flood water entering my property

Delivery is stated as being within two working days. Only two of the three jumbo bags of mot were delivered on the day arranged and the third still didn’t arrive the following morning as promised leaving us unable to complete the job. As 2 in the afternoon was the earliest they could estimate I cancelled the rest of the delivery. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Always easy to get stuff from Bradfords, plus I always shop around and I think about 4/5 times they come out cheapest.

Easy to order, and great delivery

Thoroughly abysmal service from the tool hire counter at Axminster. I hired a turf cutter and wacker plate from Bradfords Axminster, and instructed to drive 10-miles to the branch and provide two forms of ID, despite the fact that the items were being delivered to my home. A request for full payment + £470 deposit was made which I paid in full on my card. The machines were collected the following day, but my deposit has not been returned 7-days later. After 10 telephone calls, and being cut off by Sam "let me call you back when I find your paperwork" Eventually Same has called me back, and returned my deposit. The best advice I can offer anyone wanting to hire tools is "go elsewhere, and don't risk your money with Bradfords Axminster"
